I like NevTan Engage's flexible multi‑channel automation capability that supports email, SMS, and WhatsApp all in one place, which fits really well for my day‑to‑day work as an Account Executive at Münchener Immobilien Gruppe GmbH, our 11‑50‑person Munich residential real‑estate firm. Many of our local buyers, sellers and investors prefer WhatsApp over formal emails, so having all these channels inside one single platform saves me from the hassle of jumping back and forth between separate apps. Before we moved over from Brevo Marketing Platform, I had to copy every contact’s information out of Freshsales and send each message one by one. I still recall when we rolled out a batch of popular downtown apartments last spring. I was running non‑stop property viewings across the city, and without automation I would have spent hours typing individual alerts to dozens of interested prospects. With NevTan Engage, I exported my qualified lead list and triggered pre‑built sequences that sent property brochures by email and viewing reminders over WhatsApp automatically. This saved me a huge amount of time and reduced human error, especially during busy periods with multiple new property listings going live. It lets me focus more on client consultations and in‑person property tours, rather than getting stuck on repetitive typing work behind the desk. I also appreciate that I can tweak templates quickly for different groups — first‑time home buyers versus investment clients — without rebuilding everything each time. That said, I still need to perform manual CSV spot‑checks for garbled German umlauts like ä, ö, ü before launching any campaign. Our property documents and client archives live on Nextcloud, and we sync urgent client cases with teammates over Microsoft Teams. What do you dislike about NevTan Engage? There's no native integration with Freshsales, our main CRM, meaning every client list has to be exported as a CSV and manually imported into NevTan Engage. This manual process created a real‑world mistake during our spring apartment campaign. A junior colleague helped with the import and uploaded an outdated partial CSV file. Around twenty serious investor prospects never received our new‑listing notifications. I only found out days later when one investor reached out to ask why he had not heard any updates from us. We had to send out apologetic follow‑up messages to repair that damaged first impression. We also run into consistent problems with the encoding of German special characters in CSV files. Client surnames and Munich street names with ä, ö, ü often get corrupted after import, which requires us to do thorough spot‑checks on every dataset before activating campaigns. Limited visibility into connecting outreach to deal progress is another big issue. I can see open rates and delivery status inside NevTan Engage, but it cannot pull pipeline stages from Freshsales. I have to manually cross‑reference whether a lead is “viewing scheduled” or “in negotiation” to avoid sending automated messages to people already deep in active deals, which can feel impersonal to clients. During setup, some advanced automation options were only available in English. A teammate misread the duplicate‑message settings, which triggered repeated WhatsApp alerts to several prospects, and we got a couple of customer complaints. Tailoring the software to our real‑estate needs involved lots of manual work, and there was no easy way to import our existing templates from Brevo Marketing Platform, requiring me to rebuild all listing alerts and viewing‑reminder sequences completely from scratch. We store all our old templates and property files on Nextcloud and coordinate internally via Microsoft Teams. All of these gaps add significant manual overhead to our daily sales workflow. I use NevTan Engage to automate multi‑channel messaging for my pool of 30‑50 active buyers, sellers and investors, freeing me from the slow, error‑prone manual outreach we relied on when we were still using Brevo Marketing Platform alongside Freshsales. I still remember that stressful spring campaign incident. Buried under back‑to‑back property viewings, I could not keep up with manually sending WhatsApp viewing reminders. I missed notifications to several high‑intent investors and nearly lost those potential deals. That was exactly the kind of risk we wanted to eliminate. NevTan Engage automates sending property updates, viewing confirmations and post‑visit follow‑ups via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, which perfectly matches how our German clients prefer to communicate, and saves me multiple hours every single week. It ensures consistent contact with leads, even on my busiest days out touring properties around Munich. Even so, there is no native Freshsales integration, every customer dataset still needs manual CSV import. I always have to double‑check for broken German umlaut characters to prevent corrupted client records. Any changes to lead status or deal progress still need to be updated manually inside Freshsales. We keep all property brochures and client CSV archives on Nextcloud and sync urgent client situations with our team through Microsoft Teams.
