NeuralKart – InsureMind Reviews & Product Details

InsureMind by NeuralKart is an AI decision engine for insurance. It turns an insurer's product prospectus or underwriting guidelines into an executable rulebook and applies it consistently across underwriting, claims, renewals and audits, with every decision explained. Built for carriers, MGAs, program administrators, TPAs and brokers, InsureMind replaces manual rule-checking with explainable automation that underwriters, claims teams and auditors can trust. Core capabilities - Underwriting: evaluates each proposal against your guidelines, enables straight-through processing for low-risk cases, and recommends a decision with the exact rules cited. - Claims: adjudicates claims, enforces exclusions and waiting periods, triages fraud risk before settlement, and produces itemized settlements. - Renewals: risk-scores every renewal using claims history, recalculates premium, and signals retain, reprice or decline. - Audits: runs sampling-based audits of policies and claims with leakage analytics, variance reporting and regulator-ready compliance reports. Explainable by design Every decision carries rule citations and a confidence score. Low-confidence cases are routed to a human reviewer, rules can be updated in plain English, and immutable audit trails support regulatory review. Construction insurance, powered by site evidence (US and Singapore) Together with NeuralKart FieldSense, our AI jobsite-safety platform, InsureMind is built to turn verified site evidence into underwriting and claims decisions for construction risks. FieldSense detects the hazards behind most serious construction injuries (falls, struck-by, caught-in/between and electrocution) from photos, drone flights, existing site cameras and on-site observations, and tracks every finding to a verified fix. For Workers' Compensation (Work Injury Compensation in Singapore), General Liability and Builder's Risk / Contractors' All Risk, that means risk selection and pricing grounded in what is actually happening on site, not just a questionnaire. FieldSense is in production today; InsureMind's commercial-lines underwriting is in development. Health insurance (India) In India, InsureMind is live for health insurance: individual and group underwriting, cashless and reimbursement claims, and renewals, with audit trails and compliance reporting ready for IRDAI. Outcomes - 5-10x underwriter throughput - Decisions in seconds, not days - Fraud flags before settlement, not after - Deployment in weeks, not months Integrations and deployment Connects through APIs, webhooks, batch and SFTP to BPM and workflow platforms, policy and claims systems, CRM, KYC/AML services, medical underwriting tools and BI. Deploy as multi-tenant cloud, single-tenant/VPC, on-premise or hybrid to meet data-residency requirements. NeuralKart is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program. Getting started Start with a focused two-week pilot that validates InsureMind on one real business problem, or, in India, the Health Underwriting Accelerator, which builds an end-to-end, explainable underwriting workflow on your prospectus.
