It gives a great overview and helps a lot during the documentation process, especially when we take in new customers. It's very easy to set up and can be run "on-prem" without uploading data to the cloud which is important for some of our customers. It also makes it easier to show customers the progress we've made using the different reports. I use network detective pro almost every day and it has saved me a huge amount of time over the past year. **What do you dislike about Network Detective Pro?** I'd say the only negative thing about ND Pro is that the application is slow. I use network detective on every new client we bring in to get a baseline of their infrastructure. It is easy to implement and integrate as the executable can be run anyway. Customer support always goes above and beyond when needed. It brought many problems when configuring them. also the tools like network Detective data collector indicated that the firewall rules were not active and it turned out that it was.
