Can have entry level techs run the data gathering with just basic instructions and feed everyting into the app so that a higher level tech can review, generate reports and then have converstaions with the customers. **What do you dislike about Network Detective Pro?** This thing and everything that goes with it is insanely expensive! It was always higher priced but still semi-justifiable most of the time, but then Kaseya purchased them and jacked up the prices to a redicilous level for what it is. There are many open source products out there, in fact the whole Network Detective Pro product line can be put together from open source products; however it requires a signifigant amount of time and knowledge to be able to do so, so unfortunatly many small to midsized MSP's are stuck with this since they are the only game in town right now. It gives the ability to do assessment for both premise based environments and cloud services all in one pane. It is easy to learn, easy to get new employees up to speed with relatively little effort. **What do you dislike about Network Detective Pro?** Not much since they enabled a solid cloud client. **What problems is Network Detective Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** ND Pro does a very complete analysis of client and prospect networks and cloud infrastructure (our main focus is Microsoft Cloud). This allows us to ensure we identify legacy equipment that has remnants of it still on the network or in AD, we can easily produce a list of inactive users, thereby easily reducing attack surface for users that should have been deleted but for which IT was not notified of a departure. It helps us keep our documentation current with real data without having to always go to every desk or IT workbench. ### 20.
