The highly customizable dashboards, in addition to the clear and straightforward AI interface, saves me hours of time and allows me to focus on resolving issues rather than playing catch up. From day one, the support has been excellent. They have been reponsive, accommodating, professional and friendly. At no time did I feel like I was on my own if I had a question or needed guidance. **What do you dislike about NetWatch OPS?** I have encountered no downsides. Netwatch performs as advertised and the support team is always available to answer any questions. **What problems is NetWatch OPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** In particular, Netwatch provides instant performance data for our servers. Unlike before, I no longer have to manually set up each alert or graph, as NetWatch OPS automatically includes these features once a device is entered into the system. This automation frees me from the tedious task of manually determining what needs monitoring, allowing me instead to focus on more critical tasks. Additionally, NetWatch OPS offers much more robust reporting and monitoring features, which are essential for our secure environment. This includes the ability to monitor individual ports across all our switches and receive alerts whenever a port changes status, enhancing our network security management. The setup was relatively easy and while there is a small learning curve I find the software as intuitive as any other monitoring software I have used. Overall, these features make NetWatch OPS highly valuable and an integral part of our network monitoring needs. **What do you dislike about NetWatch OPS?** I find the network mapping feature in NetWatch OPS to be less advanced than I'd like. It provides a graphical view of the network, which is helpful, but I wish it offered more capabilities, such as the ability to view traffic flowing in different directions more comprehensively. I have been able to create traffic maps that change color based on bandwidth which has met my needs for now. I honeslty don't dislike anything about the software. **What problems is NetWatch OPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use NetWatch OPS for network monitoring, enabling real-time tracking of switches, routers, and devices. It automates alerts and graphs, saving me time and improving monitoring precision. Our monitoring is also more granular now with graphs that are to the minute instead of 5 minute intervals like we were limited to with our previous system. ### 3. We are also onboarding the AI option soon, so that's a plus! Their team is incredibly helpful as well and super friendly! **What do you dislike about NetWatch OPS?** The only issue I've found so far is that each time we log onto a server using RDP, we got an email of what IP address accessed that server from Netwatch. When we log in through our remote software called Dameware, there is no IP address associated. This is an issue we've discussed and they are working on the solution. **What problems is NetWatch OPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 24/7 monitoring and a proactive response, we've seen a reduction in false alarms, the AI feature tells us any problems that may be happening in any given moment and solutions to resolve those problems, all of our switches, APCs, PCs, etc. are easily interchangeable and accessible with the simple dashboard feature, and it integrates with most all of our needed applications. ### 4. I use the application every morning. I can create my own dashboards or edit existing ones as I need. Careful attention is needed when copying and pasting widgets to make sure the new widgets are changed to the intended data point. **What problems is NetWatch OPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboards give me a single view at a servers uptime, if it needs patching and whether it is waiting on a manual reboot. Key data points on my network switches allow me to see on one screen a devices uptime, firmware level and any warnings or errors.
