TA
"Powerful image editing tool, need to improve user guidance"
What do you like best about Netimager?

I like the rich image editing tools of Netimager, which make image processing more convenient. The flexibility of resolution adjustment is also a major advantage, allowing me to make adjustments as needed. Additionally, Netimager's simple and intuitive interface design makes it easy for me to find commonly used tools, such as cropping and color adjustment, which is friendly for beginners like me. The software operates based on a browser, eliminating the need for complex installation processes, which is a particular plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netimager?

Complex Function Understanding Difficulty: Although Netimager is powerful, some advanced features are difficult for beginners to understand and operate. For example, the color correction algorithm involves a lot of specialized knowledge, making it hard for beginners to grasp how different parameter adjustments affect the final outcome. Insufficient Beginner Guidance: The software lacks a comprehensive beginner guidance mechanism, forcing new users to explore on their own, which increases the difficulty of getting started and may lead some users to abandon the software due to a poor initial experience. Relative Lack of Advanced Features: Complex layer blending modes and precise path drawing are somewhat inadequate for handling detailed design tasks. Compatibility Issues with Specific Formats: There are minor compatibility issues with specific formats when interacting with other professional software. For instance, when importing PSD files with special effects, some effects may be lost or displayed abnormally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances the usability of the design"
What do you like best about Netimager?

Netimager has proved to be helpful in my web application as it enables the users perform basic image manipulation. Controls such as cropping, resizing and simple effects make it easy to adjust images that users have uploaded on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netimager?

Netimager does not have some of the features which are present in computer programs that are designed for that purpose only. It lacks some features such as layering, noise eradication as well as selective enhancement buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fundamental level of image manipulation within a webpage"
What do you like best about Netimager?

I am able to adjust images without having to navigate to different software. The best aspect of Netimager is just how easily usable it is. This helps to organization my work and minimize any distractions that could be caused by the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netimager?

The cropping tool is disappointing, particularly because of the imprecise nature it possesses. It is very difficult to be very accurate with these modifications because the location of the selection box is not exactly the same as the final crop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improves user experience by streamlining the workflow"
What do you like best about Netimager?

Netimager has been fine for my web application. Being able to have basic image editing like cropping and resizing the images are available right within the platform enables users to edit the photos with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netimager?

There seems to have some constraints in Netimager regarding the size of the files that can be uploaded. For users who upload large images, for instance, taken with modern smartphones’ cameras, the editor works hard and the common image processing time is slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Infobox and image manipulation in web applications"
What do you like best about Netimager?

I am able to manipulate images to my web applications without the use of other software downloads. It’s also good when working with another person, as both of you can work on the same pictures without problems with compatibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netimager?

I have to export the image to another program such as Photoshop that interrupts the flow of my work. I feel lacking the more elaborate tools that can be used such as layering, exposure controls or removal of noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Netimager however has some draw backs especially when dealing with large image files. I often deal with high resolution pictures, and it seems that Netimager has difficulties with loading them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
