We can not put out vacany percentage in nethris. Sometimes logging into Nethris becomes bit of a headache as you need to remember multiple things to get you started **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's early in Nethris to manager the over time and easy to track the deductions as well. Overall it reduces the work in the year end for me basically. The dashboards of data is very good to see in Nethris ### 2. It's easy to use and always working when we need it. The security access are easy to control. **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** It's not the best software yo hire people. You should have another software integrated for that part of the HR process. Also, it's hard to talk with customer service. **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to pay more than 800 employees easily each week. ### 4. It simplifies payroll and importing the EXCEL file from Agendrix is great. The combination of the two is really good. **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** Sometimes we have to contact customer service because we need to know which code to enter, and it often happens that we have to contact them multiple times, and each time a different version is given. I think for a small to medium size company, it is perfect without being too costly. **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** The user interface isn't as user-friendly as it could be. Customer service could be improved especially knowing the importance of an accurate payroll and HR solution. **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes care of time sheets and from there, we can do payroll efficiently. The benefit and vacation management add-on is also very useful for keeping track of the costs. ### 6. It shows all the information you might want to have about your pay. Nethris also makes it easy to update your personal information by yourself. **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** The user interface and user experience is not the best. Navigating between the sections and screens is not always intuitive. The menu where the subsections are feels more suited to mobile use than to desktop use. **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides all the information I need about my pay stubs. ### 7. It's pretty intuitive. There is a great dashboard with the summarized essential info of all paychecks (net pay, deductions, etc.). Easy to apply calendar filters to the dashboard too! **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** Logging in is a bit of a pain, as you must remember your business code (random numbers / letters), plus password plus user, and do 2-factor identification. I understand it's sensitive info though, so I suppose that's fair. **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to quickly understand how much money I have netted over time, and track deductions which speeds up month and year-end accounting for me. I also love to see that data! ### 8. It allows you to see all the past tax slips from the years so you can always go back to check it. **What do you dislike about Nethris Payroll/HR?** The mobile software does not have a lot of the options. It does not allow you, to access your pay slips in details not like the website software does. **What problems is Nethris Payroll/HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits with the software is that it keeps my payroll very organized. I get to be notified every pay day and I can see how much I get paid.
