Managing individual folder for all users and provide them permission according to user is most difficult part as there are 310+ employee are working and managing there backup.Netgear NAS provide home folder that is used by user accourding to his domain credentials so privacy and dat protection provided ### 3. Even the consumer versions were feature rich enough to integrate into our onsite platforms. Software was buggy, but functional and I could easily manage access for my last (admitably) small shop. **What do you dislike about Netgear NAS?** They discontinued critical service and cloud access this year. Not sure what it is being replaced with but this cuts off the ability to manage the service offsite for another office. I would have been extremely let down if I was still managing the drives. **What problems is Netgear NAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud storage is fine, but to get specific controls for PII there must be a lot of configuration and specialists onsite. Otherwise you are paying for very expensive consulting. We had a secured local network and onsite storage was the cheapest and most reliable way to keep copies of business data with disaster recovery. ### 4. Also very easy to update version and mitigate bug. Support is also good , getting helped for all technical support **What do you dislike about Netgear NAS?** As of now not facing issue or challenges. however customer care support need to act quickly for call raised part base on user requirement. No more dislike more. **What problems is Netgear NAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product helping us to mitigate storage space issue, also we can get extral storage space for standalone server. we can able to replicate as well no disaster recovery ### 5.
