## Neptune Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible Low-Code Platform for Enterprise Application Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Head of Unit, Executive Office, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Neptune?**

Neptune DXP provides a practical way to build and deploy enterprise applications without extensive coding. I appreciate its low-code approach, which helps accelerate development while still allowing customization when needed. The platform integrates well with existing business systems and makes it easier to modernize processes without completely rebuilding them. The drag-and-drop capabilities and intuitive interface also help reduce development time.

**What do you dislike about Neptune?**

Some advanced features require a deeper understanding of the platform before you can fully utilize them. New users may need some time to become familiar with all the available tools and configuration options. More guided tutorials and examples for complex use cases would make the learning process easier.

**What problems is Neptune solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neptune DXP helps us streamline application development and digitize manual business processes. Instead of spending significant time building custom solutions from scratch, we can develop and deploy applications much faster. This improves productivity, reduces development costs, and allows our team to respond more quickly to changing business requirements.

  ### 3. Neptune: The Backbone of Modern IT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul H. | Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Neptune?**

Neptune’s low-code platform makes app development incredibly fast and user-friendly, especially for SAP-integrated environments. Its flexibility between no-code, low-code, and pro-code options means both business users and developers can collaborate effectively.

**What do you dislike about Neptune?**

While powerful, Neptune’s initial learning curve for non-SAP users can be steep. Also, its full potential is best realized within SAP-heavy environments, so non-SAP use cases might require additional customization or third-party integration work.

**What problems is Neptune solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neptune is solving the challenge of slow and costly enterprise app development, especially within complex SAP environments. By offering a low-code solution with native SAP integration, it eliminates the need for extensive custom coding and long deployment cycles. For me, this means faster delivery of internal tools, reduced development costs, and better collaboration between IT and business teams. It has also helped modernize our legacy systems without disrupting core operations.
