The service is simple and yet complex enough to handle various scenarios. Easy to implement compared to other software. Easy to integrate with Workday. **What do you dislike about Neocase HR?** Somtimes issues get escalated to cloud services and they're not very responsive. Issues during upgrades. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enables us to receive cases from our employees and have HR resolve them in an organized and measurable manner. It enables us to take manager requests and have them verified before entering into Workday. The knowledgebase enables us to drive tier 0 support. ### 2. While the majority of HR department issues were resolved, it took some effort and time to work on employee data and pay scales. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** By utilizing a single objective for workers to gauge the effectiveness of their job and guarantee all facilities under the Human Resources Department, we have virtually all of our issues resolved. ### 3. It also reduces the manual intervention and provides an outstanding user interface experience. **What do you dislike about Neocase HR?** Sometimes when we create multiple cases, but actually can't select all the cases at once so we have to do it one by one that may be time-consuming. overall i don't this there is anything else which disliked. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neocase helped us to streamline the HRIS and onboarding process also reducing overhead expenses. We found the system helped streamline our HR realted work. **What do you dislike about Neocase HR?** The challenges for us was that we had encountered difficulties integrating the software into our payroll systems creating errors with our employee profiles. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to streamline the HRIS and onboarding by reducing our overhead costs associated with it by 15 percent ### 11. Everything is organized and easy to see (my cases, my team, all cases). It is easy to search for closed cases (if you know the case #). The platform is quick and responsive. I like how the upgrade has made it easier to see who the case requestor is on the right hand side of a case. In the past before the upgrade the information such as emergency contact info and manager info was on the same panel - now this information is divided into tabs within the case. **What do you dislike about Neocase HR?** I don't like that it is sometimes difficult to find a closed case by searching the case by name - if no case # is available. Sometimes there are too many results, sometimes there are none. IT can be difficult to figure out the right parameters for the search. **Recommendations to others considering Neocase HR:** The product has been upgraded recently and it is now easier to use. I recommend taking any classes that may be available. AT my company there was a Beginner's User course as well as an Advanced User course. I have taken both and they have helped me with unlocking all the features that the platform has. For example, learning how to search for closed cases was a part of one of the courses. Learning how to use that feature has been very helpful. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently solving onboarding issues, and in the past I was solving compensation problems. A benefit is that there is a record of the transaction that occurred. ### 12. It is easy to maneuver through cases or to find a ticket you need. It helps us communicate with several departments. **What do you dislike about Neocase HR?** It seems like it does have a lot of glitches. Our supervisors spend a lot of time correcting errors such as adding in a new caller or someone not in the system. Also, when you close a case it sometimes causes duplicates. **What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We actually use this program in a technical support call center environment.
