What do you like best about Navvia?

Quick response from helpdesk and developers. Ease of building and sharing. One stop shop for building process, communications, metrics and governance. Eliminates the need for a document repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

There are a few glitches that I have encountered but the helpdesk and developers have quickly resolved. Only dislike is the short downtime until the error gets corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool, especially if you are looking for boilerplate process templates for common ServiceNow processes/applications (incident, problem, change, etc). The magic comes in with how you can add all the in-depth details that then feed a set of documents, eliminating the need to use multiple tools to track governed information. "Process Modeling and Documentation Made Easy "

What do you like best about Navvia?

What I like most is the familiarity of the workflow design tool, that allows you to add roles, tasks and work instructions to the one diagram, and almost magically, create complete documentation with flow charts, RACI diagram, roles, and technical instructions with a click of a button. "Helpful Process Analysis Tool"

What do you like best about Navvia?

Navvia is a very helpful process analysis tools. The ServiceNow accelerators have really helped our team to facilitate meaningful discussions on our processes before arriving at solution specifications. We have repeatedly learned the hard way that the discussions on business process design must come first. For the processes where we started with an "agile" approach to configuring ServiceNow, we are now seeing where we would have benefited by deferring system conversations and demonstrations once the high-level process was vetted thoroughly. "NAVVIA Speeds up our ITSM implementation"

What do you like best about Navvia?

The ITIL based templates made it very easy for us to ramp up documentation of ITIL processes as implemented in our environment. They also ensured that we complied with best practices. Process documentation did not follow a standard format. Distributed locations were process documentation was stored.

It does a great job of institutionalizing process best practices so it helps users take huge leaps forward in developing and managing mature processes without having to be a process wonk. We do a lot of work trying to help teams build efficiency and effectiveness into their delivery processes. Yet many of them don't have a process baseline to work from or what they have is very limited in its usefullness.
