## Navvia Reviews
  ### 1. Great process design accelerator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHILPA R. | Data Quality Auditor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

It is easy to use and navigate. The process templates that they provide are really helpful when it comes to process design. It is a very smart tool and one feature that stands out for me is that if you make a change at one place, it automatically gets replicated throughout the process and saves you the time and effort of manually updating it everywhere.
Navvia customer support is also great as they have a very quick turnaround time.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

There are many limitations when it comes to customizations that you can do in Navvia.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it for my rapid process design workshops to redesign our ITSM processes

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Shilpa! We’re glad Navvia’s ease of use, process templates, and automated updates have enhanced your design work, saving you time. It’s also great to hear our support team met your expectations.

We appreciate your input on customization options, feedback like yours is key as we work to improve.

  ### 2. Navvia - Great tool for building ITSM processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

I like how Navvia provides a step by step guide to building your processes for operations and service management. They provide all the ITSM processes with detailed and easy to use templates to serve as a roadmap for completing a wonderfully designed process document. I also loved the survey capabilities Navvia provides. Navvia also provides the best customer service of any company I've worked with. I give them an A++ on the friendliness and knowledge of the product their reps provide.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

One challenge my company faxed with this product was the inability to download and share the process document with ease as well as creating the various workspaces and assigning access.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navvia helped solve the issue of segregating the workspaces for various users to be able to collaborate, design and contribute to the creating various process docements.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that Navvia’s guidance, templates, and customer service have been helpful to you.

Regarding the challenges you mentioned with downloading process documents and managing workspaces, we’d love to understand more about the specific issues you faced. Please feel free to reach out so we can assist and improve your experience.

Thanks again for choosing Navvia - we look forward to supporting your continued success!

  ### 3. The best process design tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

It is user friendly. I have come acorss few process design tools but in-built Navvia sample templates, makes life much easier and save ton of time. The support team is also quick in respoding to questions and issues. I would rate this tool 8 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

As of now migrating existing process document and visio diagram into Navvia ( beta version) is complicated. It is easier to build a new process document and flowcharts instead of migrating existing visio diagram into it. I am looking forward this to improve in the final version.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting the IT processes and providing access to stakeholders, and participants has become much more easier.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback about Navvia. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble migrating your existing process documents and Visio diagrams into Navvia's beta version. We are actively working on improving the migration process to make it simpler and more streamlined. We hope that this will be resolved and will not be an issue in the final version.

Have a great day!

  ### 4. Best Tool for BPM Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

The way the Workflows, RACI, Roles, Inputs, Outputs etc and other different sections are aligned and integrated.
It was great customer support and very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Tool needs some updates to address minimal features, such as searching and sorting of the items added in the few sections

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navvia is helping in intergrated all the process documents at one place. It has helped in breaking down the overall process into granular level with more clarity. It has also helped reducing the manual effort while doing documentation. The artefacts gets generated based on structured inputs under various categories which is best feature of Navvia.
Overall we are happy that we selected Navvia for Business Process Management implementation.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi, thank you for your review! We strive for user-friendliness and appreciate you noticing the seamless workflow. We're also glad support and implementation went smoothly. ### 5. Navvia is an excellent tool for creating detailed workflows and process documentation!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan F. | IT Performance Improvement Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

The step-by-step guides and tutorials provided by Navvia were particularly helpful to me and ensured that I could start documenting processes almost immediately, even with limited experience using this type of process documentation tool. The tool accommodates different methodologies, allowing us to tailor our approach to process documentation based on the unique needs of our teams. This flexibility has been a confidence booster, knowing that Navvia can evolve with us as our understanding and requirements grow. I've also found customer service immensely helpful and their support team has been patient, understanding, and responsive to my inquiries, providing guidance that has been instrumental in overcoming challenges and maximizing the tool's potential.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Navigating Navvia initially presented a learning curve for me as I delved into the realm of process documentation. As a newcomer to this tool, I found that acclimating myself to its interface took some time. The layout was intuitive, yet understanding where specific features were located and how to seamlessly navigate through the platform required a bit of exploration.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining integrations with other IT service tools, i.e. ServiceNow. I would like it if this process was a bit more clear and would like to resources be available to assist with navigating Navvia inside our Knowledge Base without having to contact customer service with each interface question.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about Navvia, Megan! We're glad to hear that you found our step-by-step guides and tutorials helpful in getting started with process documentation.

We appreciate your suggestion about providing more resources in our Knowledge Base to assist with navigating Navvia. We'll consider that and work on making more self-help materials available to our users.

We're always here to help and provide guidance to ensure you get the most out of our tool.

Thank you for choosing Navvia, and we look forward to continuing to support your process documentation needs!

Process creation is a breeze now which was a huge road block in the past

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

  ### 7. I work in IT as a business analyst

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Documentation and effective tools within the program.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

It can become hectic tryung to create new templates

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documwntation processes

  ### 8. Could be more intuitive to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sally C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

I like the concept in theory which is that Navvia facilitates collaboration and tracks the process of requirements documentation, review, and sign off.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

I found Navvia cumbersome to use and not very intuitive. For example, I didn't like that to be an approver for a document, you needed to be added to the group for that document, so if you have hundreds of documents, it would have to be done manually. This was a big pain point and barrier to adding more users to the system. Also, I had difficulty figuring out how to find the documents that I was looking - the navigation and filters weren't very intuitive. After trying a few times, I gave up.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to ensure that business requirements are documented and sign-offs recorded for change control purposes. This benefits my team by keeping scope creep in check and keeping the stakeholders accountable for what they agreed to.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your feedback regarding setting up approval groups.

We're sorry to hear you're not finding this feature intuitive. Setting up approval groups should be a one-time effort, and we strive to make it as efficient and straightforward as possible. We would love to assist you in setting up approval groups for your organization. Please feel free to set up a time with our support team to help us better address the issue and find a suitable solution for you. Please feel free to contact us via the following email address: Support@Navvia.com.

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

It's a great tool for capturing our workflows and process requirements. Great interface and very user-friendly.

  ### 16. A Powerful and Intuitive tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar J. | Principal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

What I found most helpful as it structures my thinking and ensures I don't miss any step in the process of designing workflows. It covers all aspects that a good process document needs and guides on best practices. I have used to build new processes, uplift available processes, and detail out basic processes with clients.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Being a cloud-based tool, I have lost some changes due to connectivity issues. Visio documents written by consultants or clients without using standard BPMN templates take much time to fix. Document template sharing across deployed teams needs work; While the output document can be used for Process control, it would be good to have the technical design documents in formats that can be presented easily to clients and shared with development teams. For example, a client of ours is using UI Path and another Service Now, there should be an easier way to link the process flows to upstream systems.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of creating structured processes and policy documents of business workflows. For my clients, it benefits them with version control and monitoring their maturity to target states.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Kumar! We would love to set up a time with you to discuss your suggestions and perhaps provide some workarounds. We'll have one of our team members reach out.

Have a great rest of your day!

  ### 18. Product review of Navvia Document management application

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Central place for storage of documents and management.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Process flow is too cryptic and quite difficult to use and understand.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central repository for documents.

  ### 19. Great System for Process Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher A. | Sr Training Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

I like the simple way to create workflows and add details about each step in the workflow. The exported document is also exactly the way that I would like it laid out.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

I don't think that it is user-friendly. I find that I had to consistently review the instructions and/or reach out to someone via chat to understand how to accomplish what I needed.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no need to create a process document template as when you export the document the layout is perfect. It helps to make sure that processes have the same look and feel.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Christopher! We appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with your thoughts.

We understand that the user-friendliness of Navvia can be improved, and I'll let you in on a little secret. ### 21. The swiss army knife of process management platforms.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Among my favorite feature, is the fact that all the process details are stored on the same platform as the process flows and the fact that RACIs are created as you go.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

I have honestly not encountered anything worth noting here.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of transparency into who does what and where. Is there a process I should follow? Or do I have to know someone to get things done.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for taking the time to review Navvia, Jack! We are pleased to hear that you find our platform to be the "Swiss army knife of process management platforms".

Navvia is designed to provide clear and transparent visibility into who is responsible for what and to provide a centralized platform for process management and flow. This helps to ensure that everyone involved in a process has a clear understanding of their role and the steps required to complete the process.

  ### 25. Process Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken M. | Quality Assurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

A Process Designer has been helpful in our team creating visual and logical representations of our internal processes. This allows us to see where we can improve. The tool itself has to be impressive and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Have not found much I don't like about process design so far. It is an important tool for improving how we do things by visualizing them.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest area of improvement we have to tackle is visualizing our processes so we could simply understand them better before even thinking about improving them. The integration between processes is vital to our efforts, to improve them we need to better see them.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write such an excellent review, Ken! Our team is happy to hear you use Navvia to design and visualize processes and determine where improvements can be made.

Have a wonderful day!

  ### 26. Navvia has streamlined the time it takes to do process mapping/documentation by over 50% for J&J!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel R. | Director, Engineering Process & Project Management | Master Black Belt, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Navvia can standardize the way we do process documentation from high level process maps, sub level process maps, procedures and work instructions. Navvia can enable standardization of templates for our process documentation

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

The learning curve is higher than expected. Also would be great for it to import process maps & RASCI from Powerpoint.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined the time it takes to do process mapping/documentation and establishing a strong governance/controls.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your excellent review, Angel! Thanks for letting us know how Navvia helped you establish a robust governance/control system.

I will forward your tip on importing process maps and RASCI charts from PowerPoint to the team. As we're always looking for ways to improve, feel free to share your ideas by hitting help in Navvia and clicking "submit an idea".

Have a great day!

  ### 27. Exceptional Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael V. | Senior Business Analyst in Cyber Defense Service Delivery, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

I like the multidimensional design of the tool. I like that it enables the ability to build a process and incorporate some key components (i.e., roles, inputs, outputs, etc.) that can be assigned to each task in the design and displayed in the final document produced. I'm sure I'm not doing this explanation justice but suffice it to say that tool accounts for some integral aspects of process design.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

A few features are missing from the tool that takes away from the user experience. The absence of links to a subprocess and an Off-page reference are two pain points. Another aggravating thing is the fact that the workflow you're currently working on will revert back to the small size every time you leave that window while still in the process.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the problem of having multiple resources work on each component of a project that now be produced and managed in a single location/tool. This solution affords us a reduction in the overall time spent to produce the related artifacts.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi Michael! Everyone at Navvia appreciates it when a customer takes the extra time to write such a great review! I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying your experience with our process designer.

Thanks for your feedback on the subprocess and off-page live links. Our team agrees on the importance of the On and Off-page feature and has added this requirement to our roadmap. We are reviewing improvements around the subprocess as well. Lastly, the Navvia team is aware of the issue with the changing screen size and we agree this requires some improvement and is also part of our roadmap.

Have a great day!

  ### 28. Great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto A. | Associate Director ITSM Products Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Navvia is easy to use, friendly interface, automatic create your documentation more over connect very nice with ServiceNow.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

The story creation in ServiceNow is a service a part with extra cost, nothing that disturb the experience with Navvia.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No strandard way to create process, with Navvia we have a central process repository with everyone can interect with.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi Roberto! Thank you for your excellent recommendation! It's great to hear you've had a great experience with our ServiceNow's agile application.
You may have also found it useful to use our API to leverage data from your Navvia processes within ServiceNow free of charge.

We value your feedback, so thank you again for sharing it with us.

Wishing you a wonderful day!

  ### 29. Navvia Rocks!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Navvia's support staff is the best! Never have we worked with vendor who is so willing to bend over backwards to assist. The co-founder, Karl Bietsch, has been wonderful to work with.

We love how Navvia provides us with documentation straight from the ServiceNow instance that we use. It really takes the guess work out of process documentation for core ITSM processes.

Navvia is very cost effective and affordable.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

We totally dislike like that all documentation is online. We realize that documentation changes, but it would be much more advantageous and efficient for us to be able to print out a point-in-time PDF, especially as we are trying to learn the tool.

Honestly, we find the software somewhat cumbersome to use and most of that is related to the fact that we can't print out what we need. For example, if you go to the ServiceNow website, all of their documentation is sectioned out by topic and can be downloaded and printed in a PDF.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to use Navvia to standardize our ITSM documentation using ITIL best practices. I say trying because we have not made much progress in the year that we've had the tool.

The benefit that we have recognized is that the documentation we're using today is very outdated and needs to be updated. We hope Navvia can eventually help us with that.

  ### 30. Syllabus was comprehensive.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aqdas K. | Computer Systems Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Well-paced course & provided all the details.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

The absence of any hands-on exercises related to the topic.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navia is bridging the gap between knowledge and the application of knowledge to improve official activities & business.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi Aqdas, thank you for your review! Thank you for the tip, I'll pass it along to our instructor. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

  ### 31. Navvia Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | VP - Network Security and Cyber Security Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

The part which I most appreciate is the Learning Centre which provides access to additional free and paid training. I find this training helpful for users at all stages in their ITSM journey. I also appreciate the simplicity of the workflow mapping. I also especially appreciate the workflow Document output which makes it easy to drop the workflow and RACI onto an internal wiki. The Navvia support team was also courteous and helpful in getting Navvia set up and functional for us.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

While the workflow mapping helps move workflows from Navvia into ServiceNow, it requires a lot of time with the people who perform the mapped task to enter in all of the details of the workflow. In fast moving organizations, gathering all of the experts for mapping each process can be a very time consuming actvitity. I think that it would be outstanding if there were an AI / RPA tool that could perform workflow discovery and display discovered workflows to users as a starting point. It is worth noting that I have not found software that does this to date, and I believe this would enable Navvia to stand out in this space.

**Recommendations to others considering Navvia:**

Meet with the Navvia support team early on; their onboarding is a breeze and very helpful in accelerating your implementation.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Navvia to move and refine workflows as we transition away from an internally built ticketing system over to ServiceNow. Navvia provides a low overhead interface which anyone should be able to adapt quickly to map their workflows. This makes it a snap to provide consultants, contractors, or dedicated staff the matierals necessary to build complete workflows in ServiceNow, enableing a comprehensive transition.

  ### 32. The best Process development tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Ease of use
Can define processes easily and implement them without any hassles

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

As processes require more than one person to share inputs, it would be great to have a sharing feature where one person can design a part of the process, and the other person can add on top of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Navvia:**

Go for it. It is an amazing tool

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Defining processes and workflows for our business applications

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi there - thank you for providing these comments we're glad you appreciate the ease it provides with defining your processes. We also feel that improvements to allowing multiple users to participate in the review and creation of a process is important. We have several enhancements under review to allow for better commenting and feedback during the design phase of a process. Thanks again for the great compliments too!

  ### 33. Navvia Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

The origination of all process materials centered around a central process canvass is a unique software experience. Everything process-wise is organized and at our fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Versioning. Versioning is one thing that has been a challenge, and there isn't a great way to make client-specific adjustments without editing or changing the master while making organization-wide adjustments to the process.

**Recommendations to others considering Navvia:**

It is a great process tool.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are documenting detailed process work. With the newest releases upcoming with Navvia, we will have the ability to tie industry-wide best practice processes to technical stories that will allow the mapping of a best practice process to best practice software implementation. This is a unique differentiator in the consulting industry that is possible through Navvia.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi there - thanks for this great 5-star review. We're glad that Navvia has been a great tool for your organization to document detailed process work.

In terms of versioning capability, Navvia allows users to take advantage of our workflow approval feature that collects approvals and allows a version to be assigned to a process in a published state, then if adjustments to that version are required, the editor has the ability to copy the published version to start a new version with any changes and start the cycle again.

We'd love to hear more about this or any other improvement ideas you may have on our Navvia ideas portal: https://navvia.ideas.aha.io/

Have a great day!

  ### 34. Navvia is a very good and friendly tool

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Generate process in a few clicks, how easy to use the tool.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

I would recommend have more templates outside ITIL, such as Demand Management, project management as such.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardize process modeling in the organizaton.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi there, thank you for providing us with feedback. It's great to hear that Navvia's process design is easy to use and that it's helping you achieve your company's business goals.

Regarding your recommendation, we are happy to inform you that the Demand Management template is available in our ITIL library. Also, our recently added APQC catalogue of templates does have some generic business-related templates. Please visit the link to learn more.

  ### 36. Great ITIL training course

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imthiyaz H. | IT Analyst III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Fantastic and engaging instructors who were organized and well prepared to teach material. The instructors always gave us a heads up and reminders of how to access the course as well as sufficient time to prepare for the examination.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

The examinations could have been a little more challenging and force us to really scour the materials. There was some material that could have been further explored, I felt the examinations and what was emphasized in course wasn't always balanced.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were taking ITIL foundations training, increasing professional development and learning the core concepts of ITIL with potential to further explore ITIL. The training has opened my eyes to service management in the IT sector and has allowed to to apply the core principles to my own work.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi Imthiyaz, we're glad you enjoyed our ITIL awareness class and wrote such a wonderful review.

  ### 37. Great tool for Process Owners & scrum masters

The ability to have a standard layout for All ITSM realted Processes

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Learning curve and getting used to the tool

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization and documentation. Navvia allows you to indirectly document your processes and track/apply changes to all processes.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Chuck, the Navvia team appreciates the time taken to provide your feedback. I'm pleased you're finding the standard layouts useful for standardizing your processes. I will pass on your comment regarding the learning curve to our business and training team. **Reviewed by:** Rob R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Having a complete set of integrated documents is extremely helpful for a Program Manager to assess the status and completeness of a project.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Navvia has minor glitches. Being able to group items and mimic Windows functionality leads to improved productivity.

**Recommendations to others considering Navvia:**

As an experienced project manager, Navvia is the most comprehensive and integrated documentation solution for meeting my needs.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating process flows for a new application. A key benefit is having documentation produced by Navvia.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Hi Rob, thanks for providing us with feedback. The group capability is currently greyed out while a known bug is being worked for this issue. Users do have the ability to lasso multiple shapes and drag them together but they can't be permanently grouped.

Stay tuned to our status messages and emails for any updates on this.

All the best!

  ### 39. We both use and recommend Navvia

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan G. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Navvia gives our customers visibility into the process during professional services engagements.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

It is expensive so not affordable for some of the smaller companies.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide professional services to customers to implement ITSM software. Navvia allows us to have a template for the process flows. Of course, we customize for each customer based on their needs, but it allows us to have a great starting place with a great deal of the workflow in position, which saves time and money during the implementation. Most importantly, we use the product in our own environment for our internal workflow needs.

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Nathan. Thanks for letting us know how much you enjoy using and customizing our templates available at Navvia, and how you have experienced their direct benefits. Wishing you a wonderful day!

  ### 41. I love this tool! It's the perfect business process solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

I like the fact that the tool is able to produce several related components of the process, including roles, technical specs, etc.

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

The one thing that stands our the most for me as a con of the tool, is the limited sized design canvas! I look forward to when that is updated.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am just beginning to actually put the tool to use. We uploaded nine of our existing BP flows and will add the other components as a next step. I am very encouraged about the time it will save and the efficiencies that we should realize.

**Official Response from David Mainville:**

> Hi there, I am happy to report that the Large Canvas feature is currently in test and should be rolled out in a few weeks. Thanks for your input!

  ### 42. Experience with Navvia went smoothly, easy transition from Visio, customizable and efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Navvia?**

Friendly and familiar interface when working with Navvia's process designer feature. I especially enjoyed the fact that process documents can automatically be created from the process flow designer. There's also a good and helpful reference section for training material for ITIL and CoBit.

- Creating Process Flow Diagrams (alike to Visio)
- Automatic process documents
- Process maturity
- Process governance
- Survey designs and sharing of surveys in order to build reports / dashboards

**What do you dislike about Navvia?**

Navvia RACI being a RA(S)CI, but this doesn't really make a huge impact on overall customer experiences.
I guess it's more on the lines of what my/my team are used to, but other than that, I enjoyed the features offered at Navvia.

**Recommendations to others considering Navvia:**

Easy to use. If you're familiar with Visio, Process flow diagramming, then "the rest" is easy.
Someone is readily available to help.

**What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The following problems topics are solved using Navvia:

Process /Procedure production (with a smart software tool like Navvia, I'm able to efficiently create process documents from flow charts, this saves a lot of time in the long run with templates already provided and the ability to just customize from there)

Training / Education (with a smart software tool like Navvia, I'm able to create and design surveys and share it to the necessary people all in one go as opposed to having multiple communication emails sent out and other survey links - having one main hub is a great improvement from current business practices)

Dashboards / Reporting (with a smart software tool like Navvia, I'm able to easily create and share visual reports to my team / leadership - this was efficient)

**Official Response from Katherine Franco Rey:**

> Thank you for taking the time to review! We are happy to hear that we make your job easier :) We will pass along your comment about the RA(S)CI to our team.

Stay tuned for more updates! ;)
