I like the thought process put-in in designing this application for ITIL practitioners, this is one of best application I would suggest.

2. Survey (Self Assessment)

Release annual/semi annual survey based on the framework to all the process owners and process managers. This will help us to assess the process maturity.

3. Governance (Audit Preparedness)

Verify governance tasks to collect the evidences from the process managers and process owners. This helps in preparation of global assessment as well as collect the proof of evidences to the survey results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI could be better, and color palette for showing vibrant colors from a platform standpoint.

Also I suggest to put some quantified models to arrive at the maturity based on the answers given by users

Navvia supports their product with outstanding documentation that is easy to access without leaving the Navvia product itself. The product provides multiple methods of documenting process information and is easy to export and render for printing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is reliable and always available, but sometimes when you work too quickly, it can get confused and hang up for a bit. This does not happen often and has improved greatly in the past few months. Navvia has been very responsive in addressing any concerns and also adding new features that we have asked for. Capability to create process flows with swim-lanes quickly and efficiently. AND the capability to print out procedures, RACIS and descriptions with a click of a button. Support is also top notch and extremely quick to respond. Surveying is something I'm starting to use and that is a capability that I expect to be very helpful in the near future. There are occasional performance issues that have prevented rework or an inability to access process flows. I wish there was a way to change an activity step to a different type (for example from a process to a decision). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful is seeing all of a procedure document in its final state and how it was created. This tool uses multiple angles to combine workflows, tasks, owners, and processes into one seamless design for a clean final document that is professional and clear to the readers. The online and Ask The Expert help that is provided is key to also being available to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only downside is that if the tool is down, there is not a workaround in the meantime to use. This renders work in the tool to be exported and worked on until the tool is back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is easy to use and the vendor is great to work with. I love that mapping a process automatically creates documentation. Being able to share and collaborate with others on these processes is really beneficial for the flow of process design and mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a bit of a learning curve for users who have never used mapping software before, but the customer service is great and they do offer training. I wish that the ITIL 4 training class was recorded instead of only being held as a live webinar, but I do not believe that is the fault of Navvia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the visual design elements of the process designer and the details that can be placed in the steps and related areas. I also like the default document output included. There were some annoying bugs in the beginning, but the team really stepped up and made fixes quickly. There are some annoyances in the use of external customers like permission settings and display of messaging. There's no way to test outgoing email or settings, without having a test user or test account to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navvia provides a web based UI that can be used on any device any time and anywhere. It makes it a very efficient platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The import feature of visio could be greatly improved. It works great, but lacks some features savvy Visio users are used to. I would also like to to see a feature like windows explorer. The tabs at the top gets a bit cumbersume to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
