The NAVVIA web portal provides my team with everything my team needs to build both logical and physical ITIL business processes. The logical process models are used to manage and govern the individual business processes and the physical models (technical specs) are used to configure our ITSM toolset business process workspace templates. The current business process modeling tool lacks the functionality to automatically link business processes. The product development team is currently working on adding this functionality to the BPM toolset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One-stop shop for process, policy and procedures. Organizes it all so you don't have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tool is not super intuitive to use. Once you know what to do, it's great. But there is a learning curve, and if you don't use it all the time, a re-learning curve when you go back to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of creating a comprehensive and up to date document based on Process Flow and information. Copy paste of Process Flows from "diagram only" software into documents is tedious and creates a potential of different versions of what should be the truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
no quick start guide. The user guide (at 300 pages) is huge. Webinars, videos and other methods do a help a bit, but a quick-start (similar to cell phones, printers, etc) would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of creating process documentation for our clients that is complete and professional appearing. Also the ability to brand the site for both ourselves and our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The drag and drop function could be improved. There are several areas where the system malfunctions with regularity. That said the value obtained by the ability to readily produce documentation outweighs any inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything you need to document your process is included in Navvia, no levels of purchase that include or exclude certain features. Even though all components are there, you can go big or small with your data. ServiceNow accelerators are a plus since we are a ServiceNow shop.
Help documentation is very useful. While we’ve had no issues to call Support for since we’ve trained and begun to use the tool, we did call Support while we had a demo instance, and they were very responsive.
The onboarding training was very thorough. I like the “extra” courses included with the product.
It can be used for documenting any process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had an Undo button! While the onboarding training is very thorough, there is a lot to learn. It’s a little intimidating at first, but once you’re familiar, it’s like other tools you use regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navvia does a great job of modeling and documenting our ITSM processes. Better yet, the Navvia team themselves were always a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to support us, even though we are not always an easy company to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We struggled a bit with the limits on the number of users who could edit. We found that rather than having a few team members who worked extensively on the processes, we had many who worked infrequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The templates which were available, both ITIL standalone, and ITIL to ServiceNow, the integration of the documentation set, survey tool and training available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was comfortable with the tool but other colleagues struggled because they were approaching it like a replacement for Visio so they expected the same or more functionality than Visio. The limitations on that portion of the product are more than balanced out by the additional functionality you can beyond the drawing design abilities you get from Visio. NAVVIA offers very robust functionality in a easy to user interface. The tool offers a 360 degree approach from assessing, creating & governing processes for business as well as IT processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool is very user friendly and robust, there really isn't any areas I do not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The drag and drop features are great, but it's hard to beat the training that comes with a NAVVIA subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really have to work hard to come up with features that I don't like. They have tweaked and improved it so much that they took care of any concerns that I had many releases ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
