The principle of data storage is based on Excell, and if you know how to sort your data and loads you can perform all required opertations daily eliminating anything to fall through the cracks. What problems is Navisphere solving and how is that benefiting you? Clarity and visibility for the clients: they can see online their data and in real time also. Clients get notified on all updates: Port ETAs, etc. In addition, you can create reports individually for every client depending on their requirements. All the data is very well organized and can be filtered based on your needs and your tasks. Also system allows setting npotifications, and flagging loads to have immedicate access to them. Once you have a dedicated representative, you can call and negotiate a respectable rate. CH has decent loads in our area that fit our business model. They treat you well as long as you perform. Navisphere is a good software in the current ERP environment. It helps the customers with a seamless centralized network with a chain of dealers and supply chain people. Sometimes the errors may lead to some miscommunication with the dealers and movers.Some times there can be an issue related to tracking but is it quite minimal.
