It formulates the right questions and takes over the task of putting my mind hours into doing that. It helps me gain insights into the everyday lives of the employees. It also helps the employees feel heard. The suggestion box has given me great ideas in fixing the everyday issues that the employees deal with. ### 2. We were up and running with valuable feedback within one week. Everyone in the company benefits from this easy and powerful tool. **What do you dislike about Nasch?** To date, we haven't found anything that we dislike. It is our responsibility to continue to encourage our people (most remote workers) to take 60 seconds per week to answer questions and follow the insightful recommendations. **What problems is Nasch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a mostly-remote workforce across two countries. Time and distance can contribute to isolation and not feeling like any one individual's voice is heard. Nasch provides a weekly (more frequently if needed) impartial view of how each person is doing. It gives management timely insights and action items. It gives employees immediate feedback and support. ### 4. But it doesn't just stop there. The ability of the platform to suggest personalized and relevant action items go a long way. **What do you dislike about Nasch?** There are some integrations that are not built yet. But the team is very helpful and quick with integrations if you need any custom-made for your use case **What problems is Nasch solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. It's saving me a lot of time and effort with respect to conducting pulse surveys. With AI automation in place, I find myself focusing on things that matter while Nasch works in the background. 2. Because the software sends recommended action items automatically to everyone, I am not having to do 1-on-1s with everyone. Nasch acts as a filter in between and I get to focus on the urgent needs of the relevant people 3. Gamification helps a lot with keeping people engaged. ### 5. The platform has continued to evolve at light speed. The team at Nasch is highly responsive to questions, feedback and ideas. **What do you dislike about Nasch?** The one area I would like to see improvements is with the ability to personalize the questions a bit more. On limited occasions, some of the language does not resonate with all of our employees. **What problems is Nasch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nasch is helping us to better understand employee sentiment throughout the organization, and identifying leading indicators of potential issues or obstacles that may be negatively impacting the employee experience. In addition, we receive valuable and actionable feedback through the suggestion box which provides an option for employees to remain anonymous and/or reveal their identity. ### 6.
