Namiru is a customer support chatbot software that helps small and medium-sized businesses provide instant website support, capture leads, and identify issues on their site. It is designed for e-commerce stores, SaaS companies, marketing agencies, and service businesses that rely on their website to convert visitors into customers. The system works by automatically crawling your website content. Paste your URL and Namiru learns your site in approximately 30 seconds, no manual training, content uploads, or technical configuration required. Once set up, the chatbot answers visitor questions in any language and hands off to a human agent when escalation is needed. Key features include: Automatic website content indexing in 30 seconds with no manual setup Multilingual support for visitors from any region Human handoff functionality when conversations require a real agent Conversation monitoring with email alerts when visitors hit problems or find missing information Non-invasive lead capture (name, email, phone, company) when visitors show buying intent or encounter issues Full analytics dashboard showing what visitors are asking and where they struggle The primary value is insight and lead recovery. Visitors typically reach for the chatbot when something on your site is broken, missing, or confusing. Namiru monitors these conversations in real time and sends you alerts before issues cost you customers. Contact details are captured automatically during these interactions, so you can follow up with visitors who left without converting and turn them into paying customers. Pricing is flat-rate monthly with no per-seat fees, making costs predictable as your team and traffic grow. A free tier with 50 conversations per month is available for testing. The service is fully hosted on EU infrastructure.
