NaloHub is a private resident portal for Australian apartment buildings, body corporate committees and owners corporations. Most strata software is built for the professionals around the committee. NaloHub is built for the committee itself, and for the residents who live in the building. Maintenance runs through named stages: reported, triaged, quotes in, recommended, at vote, contractor confirmed. When a job needs a committee decision, one click creates the motion from the job and committee members vote from their phones, with the outcome attached to the work. Documents and by-laws are readable by every resident. A Compliance Calendar generates the statutory deadlines for your state. A Correspondence Hub gives the building its own email address, so the scheme's record belongs to the scheme rather than to whoever is secretary this year. Nalo, the built-in assistant, has read the strata legislation of every Australian state and territory and cites the exact section behind each answer.
