myWork Enterprise Reviews & Product Details

myWork is a powerful, purpose-built CMMS and multi-site facilities operating platform. It unifies work, assets, locations, service providers, supply decisions, performance, and compliance evidence in one governed operating environment. myWork’s Autonomous Operations Loop is a framework that turns signals from work, assets, locations, providers, and service history into shared context, decisions supported by evidence, coordinated execution, and learning from outcomes. An Autonomous Enterprise is a multi-site organization that uses this loop to move from reactive task management to governed, continuously improving operations. myWork IQ is embedded in governed operational records and workflows, so intelligence is relevant to the work, accountable to policy, and connected to human judgment. The platform is designed for modular adoption: customers can begin with the capabilities appropriate to their operating model and add connected, supply, provider, intelligence, professional, or managed services as their needs mature. myWork | Enterprise The enterprise CMMS and facilities operating core. It brings together service requests, work orders, dispatch and approvals, preventive maintenance, asset, location, warranty and service history, inspections, checklists, surveys and site assessments, field and site workflows, provider collaboration, project and budget context, operational controls, decision-ready data, analytics, and portfolio reporting. It is designed around governed records, role-based access, configurable workflow and traceable operational evidence. Outcome: one governed operational record that replaces disconnected tickets, emails and reports with actionable evidence for every location. myWork | Connect The connected experience and data exchange layer. It supports role-based client, site, and provider portals; mobile and tablet workflows; scoped integrations; and controlled data exchange across the enterprise systems customers already run. It gives requesters, coordinators, approvers, field teams, providers, and leaders the right operational context at the right point in the process. Outcome: fewer manual handoffs and a practical path to unify context without forcing replacement of every system of record. myWork | Supply The procurement and supply operations layer. It supports supplier coordination, approved catalogs and pricebooks, ordering, parts and inventory workflows, contract and pricing controls, approvals, not-to-exceed controls, and spend and category intelligence in the context of the asset, location, and work that created the need. Outcome: organizations can govern spend without losing the operational signal behind each purchase. myWork | Pro The provider network and sourcing layer for enterprise facilities operations. myWork Pro gives service providers and the teams that manage them a shared operating experience for assigned work, service updates, documents, estimates, invoice context, completion evidence, eligibility and compliance workflows, performance measurement, and network coordination. It supports configurable coverage, service, eligibility, compliance, and assignment workflows; provider discovery and sourcing where enabled; provider onboarding and compliance verification; provider portals and mobile work execution; and network performance management. Enterprise teams gain structured visibility into provider responsiveness, coverage, cost context, quality, and service outcomes without losing accountability at the location and work-order level. myWork | IQ The operational intelligence layer for multi-site facilities and service operations. Embedded in the governed myWork platform, it turns signals from work, assets, locations, providers, and service history into shared context and recommendations that support decisions within the workflow. It helps organizations see what matters, decide earlier, coordinate execution, and learn from outcomes. This advances the Autonomous Enterprise operating model. Rather than operating as a detached chatbot or generic copilot, myWork IQ works within governed operational records, role-based permissions, and established workflows. Human owners retain responsibility for decisions and outcomes, while IQ helps surface exceptions, preserve institutional knowledge, and compound learning across the portfolio. Professional Services Implementation and configuration, data migration and integration, and custom development. These scoped services provide tailored solution design, workflow and data configuration, integrations, training, change enablement and governed launch support around the customer’s real environment. Outcome: customers start with a designed operating model, not a generic deployment. Implementation & Configuration aligns workflows, data, roles, dashboards, enablement, and launch support to the customer’s operating model. Data Migration & Integration governs approved data and interface mapping, validation, testing, cutover, and handoff. Custom Development provides a transparent path, governed by written scope, for bespoke functionality and material technical work outside the standard platform. Managed Services An outcome-focused recurring service through which a myWork team operates, optimizes, and continuously improves a defined application, intelligence, or facilities program. It may be scoped as Managed Application Services, Managed Intelligence & Optimization, or Managed Facilities Operations. Customer responsibilities, operating measures, coverage, and service boundaries are defined in the applicable agreement. Outcome: customers gain an accountable operating layer that links technology, human expertise, and continuous improvement without blurring project work or creating an open-ended staffing commitment. Managed Application Services provides ongoing administration, operation, and improvement for a defined myWork-enabled application or workflow. Managed Intelligence & Optimization applies a managed operating rhythm to selected operational signals, insights, recommendations, and improvement actions. Managed Facilities Operations provides defined coordination, governance, exception management, and operational support for selected facilities responsibilities. Success Plans myWork provides three Success Plans: Foundation, Plus, and Strategic. These adoption and operating guidance tiers support onboarding, enablement, outcome measurement, governance, and continuous improvement at the level appropriate to the customer’s program. Outcome: a successful launch becomes sustained adoption and a stronger learning loop over time. Foundation establishes confident, self-sufficient use; Plus provides more planned guidance, targeted enablement, and operating improvement; Strategic adds senior partnership, program-health management, and cross-functional alignment for more complex programs.
