**What do you like best about MySQL 8.0 with IIS and PHP 7.4 on Windows 2016?**

The best thing is that it runs smoothly and is quite flexible as it has less complexities. The performance is good and well optimised for the queries. It helps perform task in relation to data base onto a local host.

**What do you dislike about MySQL 8.0 with IIS and PHP 7.4 on Windows 2016?**

It is not suited for real time data processing. Since PHP is open source it may cause security or data governance issues. It is not easy to learn everything and could be challenging for some people. Debugging time is more when running more complex queries.

**What problems is MySQL 8.0 with IIS and PHP 7.4 on Windows 2016 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different applications use different version of PHP version. Question is, will different version of PHP works with latest MySQL 8.0?

As the question suggested, PHP can use different versions and PHP has an extension called mysqlnd which stands for MySQL native driver. The driver is used by both mysqli and PDO_mysql. 

When we upgrade to MySQL 8.0 we should be able to use PHP versions without any issues.

what i like is everything runs smoothly and efficiently and dont have to deal with lots of complexities...kinda gives me confidence to work on projects and is quite flexible

i feel set up process is a little time taking and complicated for someone who is new..debugging can be a little frustrating at times..needs a secured server

i would say sql 8.0 makes handling large data easier and faster..it has fewer delays and is more reliable its helps reducing downtime as it is steady..overall this version is more stable and efficient

It is quite smooth and the performance is solid also i feel the new optimizer really helps speed up with complex queries. it seemed a bit tricky at first but once setup is done it runs without issues

as mentioned above the setup can be difficult for some people also i saw some troubleshooting performance issues rest all is good

performance boost can be noticed, php 7.4 works much smoother with mysql 8.0 so I don’t run into compatibility issues like I did with older versions

MYSQL 8.0 with IIS helps the IT Person to perform operations related to database on a local machine, It helps to get better understanding of the queries being used before proceeding with the actual server hosted application development ,PHP provided support by providing a connection between SQL and webpage ,It acts a carrier between database and application

**What do you dislike about MySQL 8.0 with IIS and PHP 7.4 on Windows 2016?**

My SQL cant handle large databases,  It is designed for performing small database operations locally, It is not suitable for transactions related operations,PHP is an open source code and causes security issues

The problems solved by both MY SQL with IIS and PHP 7.4  is , It helps for learning the development of small scale  applications and helps to  gain the hands-on knowledge

Its User interface is much better than other alternatives available in the marketplace. Also, the syntax correcting feature helps identify mistakes that are not common elsewhere.

The import/export wizard can be improved because it sometimes gives errors that are difficult to identify, especially when importing text files or while connecting to Access DBs.

It helps me handle large databases in an efficient manner which is not possible using other relational database management tools like MS Access. The speed of processing also helps.

MySQl, IIS and PHP stack is the easiest stack to set up, as it can be installed free of cost on personal Windows devices as well.

IIS firewall is somewhat challenging to automate using PowerShell or other shells. This lack of automation affects some use cases
