It provides a on-line learning platform that we use in-between virtual classes for a 6-week course. This allows learners to practice and apply material between classes. MyQuest support is super responsive - like within an hour if I need assistance. The training was great and they provide regular information for our business to get more value out of the platform. If a user (learner) locks their account because they attempted their password too many times - I cannot unlock it myself. I have to contact support, but they are very quick to respond so it hasn't been an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is engaging, easy to construct as a provider, as well as easy to use as a learner. The ability to divide the learning into levels that need to be unlocked makes it more fun and the idea of completing missions gives you smaller milestones of accomplishment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is for the user to have a gamified experience and move through the levels self-paced. I love the online community feature, so all participants can chat in a group. I like the buddy system, private journal and ease of loading materials in the quests. The Resource Center is great for my students who need to access lots of files. It's challenging on the backend to switch a user from a participant to a trainer. And once someone creates a quest, they must be changed to another kind of user and can't go back in to make edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am getting the help I need the way I need it. I have been "working" on this project for several years, but haven't gotten very far. Once I met Megan, we started meeting once a month. I still procrastinated and didn't meet my deliverables. We decided to meet once a week and work on the course together during that hour. Now things are really moving. The over structured nature of the system creates a platform which is very limited. Students have to work through predesignated workflows. There is no ability to see a full course, the student must work level (lesson) by level. It might be more suited to groups in which each student can progress at his or her own pace, regardless of the group. There are additional inherent limitations of the system forcing one to build levels in an artificial manner (as update in a program's structure erases students activities). It is built for action-learning/microlearning. Easy to break content into bite-size pieces and then have the learner go out and practice and then come back to reflect. Supports 1-1 coaching and peer coaching from fellow learners. Easy to set up and create content too. As we created our first training projects, MyQuest allowed us to easily create, update and edit our course material while being extremely cost-effective for our company. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and the communication from the MyQuest team is simply some of the best I've ever experienced. If you are building training or support modules, start here.
