## About MyParcel
MyParcel is a shipping platform for e-commerce businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. You connect your webshop, marketplace, ERP or WMS through 30+ plug & play integrations or our REST API, and handle orders, shipments, returns and analytics in one place. You pick the carrier per shipment. Ship on MyParcel rates, or bring your own contract. Your track & trace pages and return portal carry your branding, not ours. When a parcel is damaged, lost or delayed, we take the claim up with the carrier for you. And you reach a person by phone six days a week. The platform runs shops sending their first parcel and shops sending hundreds of thousands a year. It was built in 2010 by entrepreneurs who ran into these problems themselves.
