## About MyHostKit
MyHostKit is a property management software built in France for short-term rental concierge companies and real estate agencies. All Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo (Abritel) reservations land on one calendar through an API channel manager (iCal also available). Every checkout automatically creates a cleaning task for your team, with a photo report checked by AI and remote validation. Owner statements are calculated automatically (commission, cleaning deducted, balance to transfer) and each owner gets their own portal. Guest messages are sent automatically, an AI concierge answers common questions, and guests can write to the host from their app. Direct bookings with secure payment and card-hold deposits, accounting export. Available on Mac and Windows, iPhone and the web. Priced per property, decreasing with volume, first month free, no commitment.
