In my experience as an Organisational Psychologist, entrepreneur and someone who has completed all Mygrow’s modules to date, this is my simple answer: Mygrow helps working professionals unlock potential that they didn’t know was there. How? By becoming more self-aware and self-accepting, you learn what makes you exceptional and you forgive yourself for your shortcomings whilst smoothening them out at the same time. By improving your emotion regulation and understanding of others, you say and do things at work (and in life) that lead to better outcomes and better relationships. By learning to process your thoughts and feelings to “calm the waters”, you become more capable of making better decisions and being less overwhelmed by the chaos of the world. It's not a dislike, but it is a reality. Mygrow is a journey and requires effort. Plain and simple. You don't get fit by going to the gym once and you don't become emotionally intelligent by going to one summit or conference.
