In my experience as an Organisational Psychologist, entrepreneur and someone who has completed all Mygrow’s modules to date, this is my simple answer: Mygrow helps working professionals unlock potential that they didn’t know was there. How? By becoming more self-aware and self-accepting, you learn what makes you exceptional and you forgive yourself for your shortcomings whilst smoothening them out at the same time. By improving your emotion regulation and understanding of others, you say and do things at work (and in life) that lead to better outcomes and better relationships. By learning to process your thoughts and feelings to “calm the waters”, you become more capable of making better decisions and being less overwhelmed by the chaos of the world. If you want to be wealthy, you invest. If you want to be wealthy AND healthy, you invest in Mygrow. **What do you dislike about Mygrow?** It's not a dislike, but it is a reality. The main problem is that many adults struggle with one or more of the following: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making and stress management.
