I am a retired old school programmer and IT Manager. I started using the Product for our 50 Year High School reunion in January 25. All during the setup and configuration we ran into problems and bugs with the system and poor system performance. We went live in April, system speed was better but continual problems when Release of Software were moved into Production.
I asked the HELPdesk for a release schedule and notes, they laughed and told me don't even get that information. Not Acceptable in book.
One release totally disable the Registration of new Members on a system Live for months. There Quality Assurance testing is a JOKE...
The Same release Disabled a Google Map that Displayed the relative location of classmate. This is a Standard Feature of their system.
Now I learned to do routine test reviews of all our Website pages bi weekly....
Well their Latest un Announced and un Documented Release Just Broke the Google MAP again. It failed to Display. More tickets to the HELPdesk. A day Later the map got back.... BUT not PIN for locations of the Classmate.
What a JOKE of a an Organization. How do you Break a CORE Feature in your Product TWICE with you POOR Quality TESTED Releases...
