They are able to flex up resources on their side to meet their commitments and interact with us daily on our slack channel as our devs produce changes to our system. There could be improvements in reporting dashboards to provide more granular insights into test coverage and results. Automated visual regressions would be greatly appreciated. Limited testing resources: they are helping us manage creating a huge set of automated tests for our web platform with a dedicated team who already know how to manage test plans and execution. Testing Maintenance: As we update our app and produce releases, they've helped ID bugs that would've made their way through to production otherwise, but also maintain the tests if false negatives occur because of a slight change of wording or flow. Having a dedicated automation engineer from Muuk side, it really helpful, it's like having another team member that help the quality process to be a lot smoother. The customer support has helpful and quick, usually a slack message or an email get things done. Being able to ran the whole automation with one click is really helpful. The application is hard to navigate, I don't feel that the information in the dashboard is clear, if you have a lot of schedules it will combine all and you don't have a way to filter the summary for specific information. There is no way to create descripte step along with the scripting step, adding this will allow Muuk to be use as a Test Case Managent System much easier. The parrellel execution is not intuitive and it's hard to know when something is stuck, processing or waiting for something. It allow to have an remote automate running in a cloud environment that doesn't need to be set up locally. It help with fast inclusion of automation during the SDLC.
