What problems is MuukTest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Limited testing resources: they are helping us manage creating a huge set of automated tests for our web platform with a dedicated team who already know how to manage test plans and execution.

What do you like best about MuukTest?

Having a dedicated automation engineer from Muuk side, it really helpful, it's like having another team member that help the quality process to be a lot smoother.

The customer support has helpful and quick, usually a slack message or an email get things done.

What do you dislike about MuukTest?

The application is hard to navigate, I don't feel that the information in the dashboard is clear, if you have a lot of schedules it will combine all and you don't have a way to filter the summary for specific information.

There is no way to create descripte step along with the scripting step, adding this will allow Muuk to be use as a Test Case Managent System much easier.

The parrellel execution is not intuitive and it's hard to know when something is stuck, processing or waiting for something.

There is no easy accurate way to get information about the test that you ran, like which URL used or the env in which it ran. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
