**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

I work at a pre-Series A startup and we have a lean Marketing team. I love that I can build personalized assets for my in-flight deals to help my champions socialize our product with their higher-ups. This is where the team has historically lost a lot of deals, and I want them to have a crisp asset that doesn't take hours to build. I've also been seeing success with sending personalized landing pages to my target accounts on LinkedIn, which has been huge as we look to build pipeline ahead of our fundraise

The editor is extremely intuitive and I'm able to use the Chat feature to make edits, or even jump into the Design and Layers to make customizations without burning tokens.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

I would love it if I could have a team logo that automatically gets inserted vs. having to adjust the color for every page. The editor also inserts incorrect links, which I have to edit. I believe these would be addressed o the Enterprise plan, but right now I just have a personal license as I'm building my business case for deploying this across the Sales org

Sometimes unreliable user visit information, also tracking pages opened sometimes makes me curious how accurate the data is... or they're just not opening the pages and that's that.

Creating tailored content that's visually appealing and personalized. Helps cut down on the amount of time I'm trying to track down a customer story that's relevant or up to date

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

The platform can do SO much: personalization, a/b testing, targeted messaging by vertical, account, etc. It's so impressive. But while being able to do so much, it's incredible easy and intuitive to use. Our CSM was SOOOOO helpful (honestly the best I've ever seen) and helped us navigate the solution, was proactive in giving us tips and ideas for how to use it next. The usage is limitless, so having someone shepherd you and imagine what you didn't think was possible really helped us. 

The other great thing about Mutiny is the data: it proactively notifies you of performance improvements due to your changes. You don't have to hunt this down in a dashboard or report you build yourself. You get push notifications that your recent A/B test is performing X% better than the control, or that you got X accounts engaged and the actual account names. This helps us take action a lot more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

It's not a cheap tool, and I understand why! But that can be a challenge for our teeny budgets right now.

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

Mutiny offers good personalization insights to help you decide which segments make the most sense to personalize for. Then, the page editor makes it super easy to personalize content and test popup components on the site.

Their support team is very friendly and helpful when we need them. When we started with Mutiny, we had a great rep named Natalie who offered valuable ideas for the account and was always happy to discuss ideas further on regular Google meetings.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

On the personalization front, I wish Mutiny had more ai capabilities. I am the only CRO on our internal marketing team and it's not super easy to personalize at scale, test different messaging, and measure impact

Also, Mutiny is definitely more built around the personalization piece than the A/B testing piece. Although they have the visual editor which makes it easy to change elements, they're still missing a lot of the functionality that I'd like such as tracking clicks on individual buttons or div elements. 

They have prioritization in place so that you can prioritize experiences that might overlap on the same page(s), which is supposed to help maximize experiences, but it ends up just being super confusing and causing some experiences to get little to no traffic.

They also don't really have a ton of integrations like some of the other tools of this size.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mutiny is helping us personalize content for specific segments based on Clearbit data. This is improving site engagement and conversions/conversion rate for our lead-gen website.

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

Not only do you get a top-notch platform thats easy to use, has great playbooks (case studies and playbooks from other successful clients), amazing dashboards that help you see the impact on upper funnel (leads) and lower funnel (opportunities and closed won revenue), ABM bonuses (like identified companies visiting your site via their native integration with 6sense and ability to segment and personalize experiences based on intent), and so much more on the product side. 

If that wasnt enough, we also had an awesome account rep (June Castro) who pushed us to continue to launch new experiments each time we met, reminded us of functionality we hadnt tried yet and also put us into some early betas (-Mutiny is constantly iterating and evolving their product). 

Theres so many simple changes you can make to your site without developer support that makes this the BEST tool for marketers!

The tool can be expensive but pretty much at parity with other big testing platforms like VWO ans Optimizely. I think all the integrations, constant product optimization, AI content/copy recommedations, and support make this a stronger solution than the competition and within just a few months I was able to show my executive team that the opportunities we generated and even deals won far surpassed the annual Mutiny contract value.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

The analytics dashboard shows which companies that were exposed to a personalization or test and are converting in your sales funnel, BUT its not showing you incrementality, i.e. its not showing you how much your hold out or 'control' has also driven. I wanted to see (# of SQLs from tests - # SQLs from control = Incrememtal SQLs we wouldnt have gained if we didnt do the experiment.... same for revenue).

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are alot of hypotheses from the executive team, board, product, sales team, etc about "what will win". 

Mutiny takes all the opinion and subjectivity out of the conversation. They show you how your test is progressing in terms of exposure and lift on your key metric. You can easily run dozens of experiments and bring data to more of your meetings!

Love how easy it is to set up new A/B tests and personalized landing pages. It would be basically impossible for us to do this at the scale we're doing now without Mutiny. We were able to set up 25 highly personalized campaign landing pages in days with Mutiny that would have probably taken months without it.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

You need to use Clearbit and Segment to see the full value of Mutiny, but since we use both we have no complaints!

We basically couldn't do A/B tests without Mutiny. We don't have a big web team so everything would have been custom coded. With Mutiny we can set up experiments in minutes and as the marketing lead I can have full control of the experience.

I like the ease of creating personalized experiences and the reporting to see how the experiences perform compared to the control. The reporting, in particular, was something I found to be unique when reviewing competitors.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

The one issue (personal preference really) that I have is not being able to open a full-screen or pop-out code editor. It isn't that big of a problem, but sometimes I'd prefer it over the smaller input box.

As a business, we target several industries and personas. With Mutiny, we can provide relevant content to our home and landing pages to specific industries. We can also customize the visible assets to site visitors based on their 6sense buying stage. By doing this, we have been able to increase our site conversion rates by over 50% leading to an additional 250+ leads in a little over six months.

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

I've used many experimentation and personalization tools in my career: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Convert, Evergage, etc 
The best part about Mutiny is that it makes it super simple to launch personalization activities and A/B tests on your website. 

The Mutiny team carefully thought through all the typical hurdles a marketer would go through in launching experiments from idea generation to execution. They've made it very simple to get experiments out the door. The platform also has some out-of-the-box functionalities like banners, side pops, survey modals, and exit-intent modals to give you a wide range of activities to do. 

All this without the need for an engineering resource is quite remarkable and something that many tools out there haven't successfully implemented in their platform. You really can't go wrong with Mutiny if you've got B2B.

On top of the platform, they've also got a great support team. They are super accessible and they will make sure you can hit the ground running!

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

The reporting part of the platform is limited compared to what other tools typically provide. I've also occasionally come across some visual bugs but nothing major. 
They are still in their early stage so I'm excited to see what they'll have to offer and how the platform will evolve!

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Mutiny solves is the effort required to launch personalization activities and tests. Often, it's not just a one-person job and would commonly require an engineering resource. They've tackled that huge pain point from the get-go and is easily the biggest money saver for organizations.

Mutiny allows us to personalize off of parameters we never previously would have thought of, enabling crossfunctional growth and using our website as a canvas for broader learnings.

The playbook itself is fantastic, giving you inspiration with real-world examples. Our account-manager lives in our Slack, with rapid support (less than 10 minutes for answers to questions) and biweekly check-ins that are always productive, beyond just website personalization. This is a marketing tool, built by marketers for marketers. Each team member knows the lingo and understands how AB testing works and what bottlenecks may be around the corner.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

Mutiny's WYSYIG is in its early stages, which is not a large problem for the quicker experiments (copy adaptations), but for the larger experiments that require new modals, branding can act as a bottleneck, with engineers needing to custom code.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mutiny allows our team to iterate rapidly. We believe in velocity over initial quality -- shipping things with 70% quality if it allows us to attain an answer, faster. Rather than spin up whole new industry landing pages, we can use Mutiny to test whether or not this is a worthwhile use of our time. If CVR does not increase, don't worry about it. Move in. Aren't you glad you didn't build a whole new site?

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

Extremely valuable for growth marketers who want to change an organization's core mindset about testing and optimization. As a testing strategist on a one-person team, I can make quick, but confident data analyses are the right move for our customers. I've been on a full-functioning CRO team before my current experience, and Mutiny completely removes needing a testing engineer, which wasn't in the budget. The support is hands down 10/10. Love the Achooo Crew!!

No changes, they are constantly innovating the product and truly care about their customers. I look forward to our weely connects and I'm constantly learning more about the product.

I like how this product is so easy to use yet it enables us to do the complex personalization experiences we want. The direct integration with 6sense has been amazing! The AI and playbook recommendations have also made our jobs that much easier. It also has some prebuilt side pops, banners, etc. that make getting up and running quick! Lastly, the customer support and onboarding have been some of the best I have experienced! It is great to be able to easily access help through the platform's chat widget or slack.

If trying to use this tool as a simple A/B testing tool with a WYSIWYG editor, there are some small functions it doesn't do like adding new sections or moving sections on the page.

Mutiny is so easy to use. You don't know how important this is. To get up and running in an hour vs. dozens of hours means that ant team member can get up and running fast.

But, what I love most is the team. With Mutiny, you're always accompanied by a person (hi Molly and team!), and they make sure to help you unblock any blockers, provide testing ideas, and support you to get the most out of Mutiny. 

I also absolutely LOVE the segmenting options, their integrations with Clearbit, and the mega easy-to-use UI. I can setup hundreds of tests in a fraction of the time it would take with other products.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

Reporting. I know they're improving it, but right now, it's not very easy to report on dozens of tests. But I do know they are working on improvements and they should be rolling them out very soon! So you'll likely have MUCH improved reporting features.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Mutiny, we can launch hundreds of experiments in a quarter which helps us improve conversion rates. All this with a team of 3 people. We can segment across many attributes to provide custom journeys for our self-serve audience down to our enterprise visitors. We can customize landing page content in SO many ways. And we can use their included components (banners, side-pops and modals) to generate more leads without using other tools.

Super supportive CSM/support team: quick to answer any questions, receptive to feedback. Integration availability (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Segment, etc.) is really powerful. One of the hardest parts of launching a personalization program is the "what" - gathering content, launching great digital experiences, and Mutiny has great content recommendations and now even generates examples for us to review before publishing, eliminating one step out of our content review process. Easy to use editor. Prioritization of personalization experiences makes it easy to not worry about implementing extra logic and gives flexibility to run many personalizations to different audiences on one page. Using Mutiny outbound has completely taken lift off our web development team for custom landing pages for ABM program.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

Because Mutiny is relatively young, there are some missing capabilities in custom coding (limitations for adding modules, custom Javascript, some CSS changes) for experiences, reporting, and user type permissions for a large enterprise website. I also wish there was a way to share preview links with teammates who don't have an account before launching. 

That being said, the team has been really receptive to feedback, and there have been significant improvements within six months of working with the platform and team.

Problems we're solving: Improving conversion and engagement rates on our website, providing more personalized experiences when trying to sell to a wide range of buyers, building custom landing pages for ABM program

Benefits: Sidepops have been effective; personalizing by 6sense segments/known users has increased these conversion rates. Using Mutiny outbound has completely taken lift off our web development team for custom landing pages for ABM program, allowing those resources to be used for more technical website projects.

Out-of-the-box integrations with B2B data sources like Clearbit, Segment and Saelsforce. 
Ability to insert targeting variables into experiences. "See how we can help <company name>"
The service is fantastic from their team.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

It's a personalization platform and is great at that, it's limited as pure-play testing platform so it's hard to replace an Optimizely, VWO or Optimize without giving up some functionality. Meaning you give up functionality, or you run tests and personalization in separate tools (not ideal) . 

The experience editor is great for simple text/image changes but struggles to do more advanced things like setting JS variables, adding whole new sections, etc. I think the product will get there, at the time of this writing Mutiny had recently raised a series A which should accelerate their product roadmap.

With Mutiny you can create the most relevant website experience for your customers the moment they reach your website. This not only creates the best experience for your customers but also dramatically increases your conversion rates. 

Mutiny also empowers marketers to quickly create these experiences through their no-code platform. Need to quickly change a global banner on your website? Done. Need to add a specific headline for a segment of your visitors because they're coming to your page from an ad and you want to maintain consistent messaging? Done. Want to swap out some of your social proof to be relevant to a mid-market website visitor? Done. The possibilities are almost endless, and the implementation takes minutes to execute.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

There are some minor functionality improvements that need to happen. It is possible to move sections on a page, but it currently feels like a workaround, not a core product feature. I am confident Mutiny will update this in the future.

Gone are the days of generic messaging to fit multiple personas. Gone are the days of hundreds of landing pages to speak to a specific audience from a targeted ad or campaign. Unlock the new reality of being able to dynamically change your website experience for specific segments of your audience.

The system lets us easily create custom audiences and create personalizations for them. We've created numerous personalizations based on company/persona, behavior, and more that have helped improved prospect experience and increase conversions.

Sometimes it can be challenging to understand exactly what a prospect will see when you have multiple campaigns running.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Mutiny we are able to display custom information to our prospects that fit a wide variety of markets, use cases, and needs. Without mutiny, we would have to use more generalized language but now we can easily display information that's most relevant for prospects. 

We also leverage mutiny for custom "exit-intent"-like pop ups that can enable us to drive engagement with prospects based on various characteristics.

I love how easy it is to set up on-page customizations, alert banners, and A/B tests. We're able to personalize for audiences in a way we were never able to before.

When setting up A/B tests, I wish there was a way to delete a variation without having to overwrite it or start all over. I also wish I could customize the data by specific date ranges (vs time horizons such as last 30 days, etc.).

We're able to increase web-generated conversions based on the level of targeting and ease of personalization available on the platform. We're also working a lot more efficiently.

Mutiny connecting to your existing tech stack and sitting on top of landing pages makes it super easy to get up and running. Experiments are easy to spin up and measuring performance is nicely laid out. As Mutiny is still relatively new, their editor is somewhat limited in capacity. I'd love the ability to clone or add different blocks on a page and do more with their editor.

Targeting many different personas makes it challenging to resonate with all of them on a landing page. Mutiny helps to personalize the existing pages based on the persona to drive more conversions. This also positively impacts paid initiatives as we're inching out more with the same amount of spend.

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

It's a very simple tool to use and we could use it immediately. The onboarding is very well thought out and the team at Mutiny is super supportive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

No integration with HubSpot, which makes it a bit more difficult to make the case to justify the cost. We still get a lot of value out of it... it's just more work to prove it.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased our leads, allowed us to make our sales team happy by running more experiments that drove the companies they wanted to get in front of to meetings, it's also very simple to use as an A/B testing solution without buying a separate tool for that, too. I like that I don't need a developer to run personalization or experiments.

**What do you like best about Mutiny HQ?**

I love that Mutiny is an *affordable* website personalization tool that we can use to speak directly to specific audiences that visit our website without having to create mini sites or a bunch of specific pages. We are able to run tests to find out what works and what doesn't for different audiences, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

Some of its capabilities are limited as far as what you can customize for your on page experiences. Reporting is a bit off sometimes and doesn't always correctly identify visitors.

Many technologies claim they are easy to implement, but Mutiny is. It's effortless to run multivariate tests and roll out personalized experiences based on Clearbit/Marketo/SFDC data integrations.

**What do you dislike about Mutiny HQ?**

Because Mutiny is a newer tool, it has some performance hiccups, but the team is always responsive in remedying these issues and welcomes feedback. I would love an integration between Mutiny and tools like Bizible to see the entire user journey. I also wish that the Clearbit data was more accurate, but that's more of a Clearbit issue than Mutiny.

**What problems is Mutiny HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Mutiny for multivariate testing (copy/design) as well as personalizing experiences based on a user's industry, company size, tech stack, customer status...etc.

Mutiny is an intuitive platform for experimentation and personalization without the need for engineering or design support. If I have an idea, I can go into Mutiny and run, monitor, and manage my own tests. The product also comes packed with recommendations of tests to run, if you need inspiriation. Added bonus - everyone on the Mutiny team is a joy to work with.

Not much to add here - I like everything about Mutiny.

To start using mutiny is a quick and straightforward install - the AM support is phenomenal, and they will guide you through playbooks and a roadmap of tests to deploy.

We did have some issues with the preview editor but those have since been resolved.

We are optimizing our page layouts and conversion rate. We have found so far that decreasing page length and clear calls to action with the use of side pops has driven higher lead conversion.
