The platform can do SO much: personalization, a/b testing, targeted messaging by vertical, account, etc. It's so impressive. But while being able to do so much, it's incredible easy and intuitive to use. Our CSM was SOOOOO helpful (honestly the best I've ever seen) and helped us navigate the solution, was proactive in giving us tips and ideas for how to use it next. The usage is limitless, so having someone shepherd you and imagine what you didn't think was possible really helped us.
The other great thing about Mutiny is the data: it proactively notifies you of performance improvements due to your changes. You don't have to hunt this down in a dashboard or report you build yourself. You get push notifications that your recent A/B test is performing X% better than the control, or that you got X accounts engaged and the actual account names.
