I specifically like how it keeps "my" contact database really mine; even if I work for a company. **What do you dislike about Mustr?** Mustr is versatile software application and it is changing the contents with the passage of time. It costs too much for the software application and requires to be revised for having several users from smaller sized business. A little enhancement in the website of the software application will lead the software application towards success and there will be more users for production of blogs. **What problems is Mustr solving and how is that benefiting you?** In general, Mustr is an excellent kind of software for business who are having problems in interacting with the entire PR team. You can keep them updated with your work by sharing it with them utilizing the software wherein you can likewise send them news release that have high quality images. I don't normally pick up on new technologies easily but this software was designed to be scalable and easily learned. Plus the customer service is great and any questions we've had were all resolved very quickly. Very responsive customer support! **What do you dislike about Mustr?** There was more data entry than I expected in setting up the program, which was a bit tedious. **Recommendations to others considering Mustr:** This is a great solution to keeping track of your media campaigns. You don't have to be tech-savvy to see the benefits of it. It's way better as a record-keeping log than using Google sheets (which we were before, embarrassingly enough) or Excel. **What problems is Mustr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to follow up with clients and records don't get lost as quickly as they did before. Campaigns have a lot of moving parts and this helps us streamline the process with fewer errors. ### 4. Makes it so easy to pick up and do a task without having to research through old emails to confirm press relationships. **What do you dislike about Mustr?** Not that I don't like it, but it does require some data entry to get started and that will require upkeep. It's worth it so don't slack. **What problems is Mustr solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems of distributing our content to the right parties. The true benefit is that I can receive an updated sense of who we talk to and who we should reach out to, without having to wonder if someone on my team has had an interaction I don't know about or am not considering. ### 5. You’ll be thankful and learn the tools quickly. **What problems is Mustr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Mustr, organizing things between team members was difficult. The miscommunication happened often. He responds to request immediately (every time I contacted MustR I received a response in under fifteen minutes). His new version tackles some of the problems that the old one didn't handle: customization and a sleeker design. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Mustr?** not applicable. Mustr is taking care of all the problems that existed on the old system. **What problems is Mustr solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a PR guy, and I was tired of using excel, but not quite ready to upgrade to Cison.
