This is one of the best software for collecting payment by any card or Upi. getting a proper settlement on the next working day.Getting instant payment confirmation by notification and as well as in login. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** No issue as such but sometimes it's getting stuck in between May be due to network issues, The rest of everything is good as per my personal using experience as of now. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** its allowing us to collect payment by any card or upi. Using this i can also share a digital copy of the receipt of "Customer copy" to the payer. Transaction gets succeed withinn few seconds. ### 2. They have also added Boom machine to notify Digital payment success. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** Nothing to dislike but MSwip should quickly adopt to the digital payment environment. Cause the digital payment cultur with the help UPI is reveloutinizing across the world. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** MSwipe solves the collecting payment via card. The Mswipe also provides PoS machines for retail counters. Mswipe gives the power to retailers to collect payments fast. ### 3. Provides confirmation alerts in 2 languages -English & Hindi. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** Nothing as such. User-friendly features and instant payment collection anywhere. All type of payment was accepted. I haven't tried any other payment solutions such as this, hence I feel this is best in the market. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** Customer care was not agile, especially when I faced connectivity issues. Some cards were not appropriately read, which I initially thought was a card problem, but I guess it was also a hardware issue. Overall these issues were not much but back end support needs to work on it. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online registration payments were collected instantly, which resolved the issues we had earlier, where we could not manage the price on the spot on the day of the event. ### 6. Also, the main concern being there have been lot of uninformed charges levied, when enquired about the same they give reluctant answers. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to track the money credited from the customers in the Mswipe merchant app. I was able to print receipts directly from the computer with the use of the application. ### 7. It provides a comfortable means for people who prefer to make payments via credit card. The facility provided by MSwipe has made our contributors satisfactory. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** The customer service is not well trained. They do not pay attention to details which leads to the wrong acknowledgement of the issue. We had taken the services temporary to make transactions at one of our CSR events but when we wanted to return the machines it took a long time for the customer service to resolve the issue. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payment processing became agile as it replaced the usage of cheques and bank transfer payments. A quick decision requires instant payment and this is exactly how Mswipe helped our CSR programs. I hope they improve their backend services as per the feedback provided to them. ### 8. Some of our customers want to pay through card and only after meeting us. Instead of rejecting card payments Mswipe has helped top retain our customers. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** Pricing is way over the market rate. Hidden costs are not updated before taking the subscription. Security is also a concern that has not been addressed by Mswipe with a satisfactory presentation. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** On-the-location payment which we usually do not prefer as business model is based on payment before the event. Mswipe has resolved this issue which allows us to accept payment as the clients location as well. ### 9. Overall i didn't really have a good experience with the product. **What do you dislike about Mswipe?** I use this M-swipe in my company for money transactional purposes, random software update which often led to machine crash and turned out to be very problematicn in my day to day transactions. **What problems is Mswipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doesn't really solve much of my problems, and the overall service is bad, so i can't really say it's solving y problems. the basic availabilities which are available on m-swipe are available on other products as well. ### 10.
