I do very much like that you can include remote storage systems for your repository and or can use the intergrated systems provided through MSP360. The GUI has gotten much better than it was at the beginning of when we started used the platform therefor giving it ease of use like capabilities. MSP360, formerly Cloudberry Labs, has been our backup partner for several years now and has been both reliable and helpful. Their technical support team has been very responsive whenever we've needed them. I also love the at-a-glance remote management page that will tell me which machines are out of compliance for their backup schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support for Linux environments is there, but minimal. It's improved over time, though, and they are responsive to feature requests. MSP360 is solid software and continues to have new features and security regularly updated. Because it is the software used to manage the backup without getting locked into using any particular type of cloud storage the flexibility for choosing your preferred cloud is key. The software's update cycle is not intuitive and has not inproved in years despite speciifc and simple suggestions to accomplish that.
