Motom Reviews & Product Details

Motom is the award-winning creator marketing and creator commerce infrastructure trusted by Sephora, Macy's, and Chewy, providing the technology, performance data, and managed services so brands own their creator relationships and performance. Where most creator solutions are built for distribution, Motom is built for brand ownership, combining white-label affiliate-backed creator commerce and CRM technology with full-service creator management in one integrated system. For years, brands have run creator programs via third-party platforms and handed over their data, relationships, and revenue upside with them. Motom gives control back through white-label technology including storefronts, shareable affiliate links, organic + paid media attribution, creator payouts, first-party data, and performance visibility, along with the operational support to run creator commerce as an owned channel. Motom's Creator Growth and Brand Strategy team covers creator recruitment, onboarding, live training, UGC challenge design, paid campaigns, incentive management, and community engagement, all running inside the brand's owned infrastructure, attributed to the same performance layer the brand controls. This architecture supports every creator type in a brand's ecosystem in one place. Customers and brand advocates, organic affiliates, content creators and influencers, and paid campaign partners are all managed, tracked, and attributed. That is the architecture that reflects how creator commerce works: a network of relationships at different levels of formality and investment, all driving toward the same commercial outcome. Client programs have delivered 7.8x ROI at the nine-month program mark, +70.3% GTV growth on sales event-over-event, 135% AOV increase, and 86% lift in campaign conversion rate benchmarks.
