**What do you like best about Moonshot?**

Moonshot's interface is user-friendly which makes easy for beginners and experienced marketers to navigate. We can quickly identify the areas for improvement as it provides clear view of key metrics. The ability to pull data across various channels and instantly calculate ROI metrics is a huge plus point. It's integration is smooth and saves a lot of time. Since it automates many processes, users can use it daily without feeling overwhelmed by constant manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about Moonshot?**

While the platform is easy to use, still there is a slight learning curve for users who are new to automated BI solutions or advanced marketing analytics. For smaller business or marketing teams with limited resources, the breadth of features can feel overwhelming at first. There are some limitations in Moonshot in terms of customizing reports and certain features to meed specific needs. The cost might feel a bit high for the companies just starting to scale their marketing efforts.

Moonshot automatically collects and analyses A/B test data across CRM and digital ad platforms, providing clear, actionable insights on which variations are performing better. With Moonshot, we can quickly identify the winning variation and optimise campaigns faster which directly translates to better ROI. This helps reduce the time spent. It also allows for continuous testing and optimisation, ensuring that marketing strategies are always evolving.
