The RDC Results are given in a timely manner. Many entities and individuals names can be inputted in a single batch which is useful while screening a corporate profile and their connected parties. One batch ID will be generated for all the names screened for that particular profile. **What do you dislike about Grid?** Sometimes we do face server issues with RDC, but their updates have been done to rectify the issue. **Recommendations to others considering Grid:** RDC is a good tool to use, I feel they are improving their data base on the news publications daily and there are lots of options to input the screening name and additional details. **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** RDC is used to screen the customer and connected parties for finding any financial crime news pertaining to them. As RDC stores their database from all leading news publications at one place. The screening of these names becomes a lot easy. ### 2. Partial save feature, which avoids unnecessary firing of queries. One URL for all studies. Easy navigation for accessing the studies, site and subjects. Page status icons and colours easy to follow. **What do you dislike about Grid?** Doesn't have a function for extracting the data listings. **Recommendations to others considering Grid:** Please allow extraction of data listings in sas or csv format. If able then provide filters to see list of completed subjects, CRFs, partially saved CRFs, all subjects for viewing irrespective of site. **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Discrepancy management is easy. Allows field level queries and page level queries. Audit history helps in understanding the data changes. ### 5. Sometimes the links are forwarrded to the homepage intead of the direct link to the article. **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time and getting more related articles to our searched topics. ### 12.
