In monster we can do both the IT and NON IT sourcing, it has two types of search one is Classic search and other is Power Search using it in the Power search is more comfortable in that we have two search which is semantic search or boolean search with semantic search you can provide the job titles and the list of skills you needed and you have an option to mark it as required or not required and in the power search you can simply use a boolean from the job description you take and search it easily both the ways i am comfortable to source the resumes and all the resume will be listed in ranking basis like 9.9,9.8 and so on with that we can easily sort out the quality profiles and there is an filter option which has the following years of experience, location, resume updated, education, minimum salary, willing to travel, relocation, citizenship, security clearance with these filters we can filter out the candidates based on the clients requirement. I advertised a role but didn't receive a single application. I also tried the CV search feature, which was even worse. They really need to advertise more to get candidates to use the platform.
