I can quickly capture screenshots, highlight important areas, blur sensitive details, and add short notes without opening another editing tool. The interface is clean, easy to understand, and sharing screenshots through a link makes communication much faster. **What do you dislike about Monosnap?** The free version is enough for basic work, but sometimes uploading or generating a share link takes a little longer than expected. I also wish there were better options to organize older screenshots or search through previously shared files. Apart from that, it works well for everyday use. **What problems is Monosnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of sending large image files through WhatsApp or email, I simply capture the screenshot, add a few annotations, and share the Monosnap link. This makes it much easier to explain design changes, website issues, or feedback without confusion. It has made sharing visual feedback faster and keeps everything more organized than sending multiple image attachments. ### 2. Making screenshots with clear descriptions and highlighting the needed areas in SS 2. Recording video of the user journeys in the application 3. Monosnap allows creating complex screenshots that contain several displays or merging a few screenshots into one **What do you dislike about Monosnap?** Program stability time-to-time is not firm: 1. On Windows machine Monosnap could freeze(completly, hard close needed) time to time 2. On MacOS, the Application returns the last screenshot that was copied, but the previous one (which is really frustrating because you can occasionally share a sensitive picture, meantime you are confident that you are sharing the right one) **What problems is Monosnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a QA Engineer, I use Monosnap to log unexpected views/behaviors of the tested application ### 3. Monosnap was very easy to implement and I use it multiple times a day. **What do you dislike about Monosnap?** The only downfall of Monosnap is that it is sometimes slow. Usually, image uploads are fast, but it sometimes takes several seconds for an image to generate and upload, which hinders my work process a bit, but it's not that big of a deal **What problems is Monosnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Monosnap a lot on a daily basis in my capacity as a technical specialist. I use it to show troubleshooting steps to customers or colleagues. I cannot imagine not using Monosnap, and the image editing value is extremely valuable for the work I'm doing. ### 4.
