## Monitoring Alerts Reviews
  ### 1. Easy tool for monitoring media!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Monitoring Alerts?**

This is one of the only modernized software that I have used. I love that it gives me views of different markets and a good overall view of where you stand as a company.

**What do you dislike about Monitoring Alerts?**

It is a very complex software and it took me a long time to fully get used to the way that it works.

**What problems is Monitoring Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for me was being able to monitor other markets besides the one I worked in.

  ### 2. Great tool for media monitoring. Reputation Analytics highly appreciated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Monitoring Alerts?**

Monitoring Alerts is very sophisticated and I really appreciated its modularity. We used to use it for media monitoring/analytics and we also played around with reputation analytics tool, which can give you some bigger picture of where you stand, however it all depends on the quality of data, hence it’s not always reliable for smaller companies for instance. But if it’s used well, then you can benefit from it while creating your marketing and communication strategy.

**What do you dislike about Monitoring Alerts?**

Since it’s very complex, I fully understand that this product is structured the way it is, however sometimes I had “messy” feeling and spend some extra time finding what I was looking for, i.e. in media analytics tool. Sometimes we had issues with relevancy of the inputs shown.

**What problems is Monitoring Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

media monitoring, influencer mapping and a bit reputation analytics

  ### 3. Monitoring Alerts- Great for Staying Current with Industry Metatags

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelvin C. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Monitoring Alerts?**

What we like best about Monitoring Alerts is its ability to monitor alerts and notify us of any updates, news, and announcements in the industry we are working in using specific metatags and keywords in a general local area. This allows us to monitor anything, both good and bad happening in our industry of work (healthcare) in an easy to use, simplified platform.

**What do you dislike about Monitoring Alerts?**

We have little to dislike about Monitoring Alerts. We have not experienced a lot, if any, downsides using this tool. It has helped us more than become a burden. The only day to day annoyance would probably that we get constant updates that sometimes does not have anything to do with us. This is not Monitoring Alert's fault, but rather the content it is retrieving includes general metatags and keywords that pick up alerts that are of no use to us.

**Recommendations to others considering Monitoring Alerts:**

Great useful tool. Does what it says it does. No complaints on our end.

**What problems is Monitoring Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Monitoring Alerts, it has saved us time and hassle having to monitoring and manually trace any news, announcements, and updates in our healthcare industry. This includes updates in protocols, news, and any announcements we need to stay current with. It has also helped us pinpoint any negative stories or reviews being discuss about online or in the media so we can address and respond to in a timely manner.

  ### 4. Indispensable tool for monitoring media

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Monitoring Alerts?**

The upside is that I'm guaranteed to not miss placements that I may have previously overlooked through Google or other search engines.

**What do you dislike about Monitoring Alerts?**

The downside to using it is purely selfish insofar as I would love to be able to receive alerts in real time and there is sometimes a lag in delivery of placements. Not necessarily a flaw in the service, but in this on-demand world we live, it is something we come to expect.

**Recommendations to others considering Monitoring Alerts:**

If you need to monitor, compile and report on media placement at the local and regional and national levels, this is a great tool for documenting performance metrics based on content generation and outreach, and preparing reports on media this is a very professional tool to get the job done. My advice to schedule an exploratory discussion and a demonstration of the tools in order to make an informed determination of their worth to your organization.

**What problems is Monitoring Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am receiving media alerts on content that I would not otherwise have access to and am able to keep my Leadership apprised of breaking news and reach in a timely manner to benefit us strategically.
