It has components that are easy to use in frontend for chat messaging functionality. It can easily manage heavy message load on server and provides scalability for large scale projects. **What do you dislike about MongooseIM?** The audio integration is complicated and also sometimes audio has delay in messaging that can be improved but overall it is a nice instant messaging solution. **What problems is MongooseIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped in integrating the instant messaging functionality in CRM application with the instant messaging and audio features integrated which has resulted in improved user interactions with the app and it performs well under heavy message load during peak hours. Although audio integration is complicated and sometimes it has delays in communication. ### 2. It provides whole platform integration to search and message all users. **What do you dislike about MongooseIM?** Sometimes under heavy load it takes time to deliver messages but overall it work smoothly mainly for audio integration. **What problems is MongooseIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a standalone platform for instant messaging needs for project. It has ability to scale up for heavy user workloads and deliver messages seamlessly and instantly with ability to seamlessly share large files among users. ### 3.
