It is easy to integrate and implement in ongoing project. It has components that easy to use in frontend for chat messaging functionality. It has helped in integrating the instant messaging functionality in crm application with the instant messaging and audio features integrated which has resulted in improved user interactions with app and it performs well under heavy messages load during peak hours.
