Sometimes using the visualization options can be confusing, but once you've practiced it, you feel more confident. I love all of the detail that is provided in an easily read screenshot. I can basically get all of the data that I need to complete a risk review in a single look at the Mode dashboard. Not only is the coding UI great, but the reporting function is also great. What do you dislike about Mode? The only downside is difficulty in establishing a single source of truth that other users may reference. We were unable to take a query from one dashboard and "link it" to another dashboard. Presenting reports and analysing the issues using the majority of the data taken from Mode is a big part of my job. It is incredibly easy to use and dependably reliable. A dashboard may occasionally take a while to reload or queries may fail. It gets you very far with a simple, but powerful tool. The link between queries and handy vizualization tools is amazing. Security and CX are also nice to haves which work well.
