The fact that the MBT app has all of the comms, alerting & SoS and workforce scheduling in a single app. The command console is also highly effective for checking where staff are located in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some bugs that exist but are being worked on by the vendor. There are very limited things to dislike about the solution. The recommended devices work well too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
