Having used the platform for policy management, this reviewer finds it flexible and easy to organize while integrating well with MS Office. The turnaround time for issuing policies is slow, which prolongs the resolution of technical issues.

What do you like best about Mitratech PolicyHub?

The best thing is the ease of adapting the solution in our Company's infrastructure. Policy Hub offered the automated solution which helped our company to streamline & manage all the policies and procedures. This helped our company subside potential risks/penalties that our company might have faced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitratech PolicyHub?

Wish there was a way to have an Automated reminder when documents are pending review. The version history of the documents published are not user friendly. The search results should be more smarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech PolicyHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

There was an Internal Audit in my company where they found out that we don't have policies centrally stored, because of which our teammates are facing difficulties finding these Policies at a single locations. So we used Policy Hub( also referred as Mitratech) s solution to maintain Central repository for all policies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
