Flexiblilty in accessing policies and it easy to use and organize. It also blend well with MS Office. The best thing is tha the all policies are in one place and are easy to access. The turn around time when issuing policies, the process is very slow and it take longer to resolve technical issues. A faster turn around time will make the process seamless. The best thing is the ease of adapting the solution in our Company's infrastructure. Policy Hub offered the automated solution which helped our company to streamline & manage all the policies and procedures. Wish there was a way to have an Automated reminder when documents are pending review. The version history of the documents published are not user friendly. The search results should be more smarter. There was an Internal Audit in my company where they found out that we don't have policies centrally stored, because of which our teammates are facing difficulties finding these Policies at a single locations.
