They could do a better job documenting what to expect -- a deep dive call, access provisioning, then testing, amount of traffic expected during testing etc. **Recommendations to others considering Mithra Consulting:** Mithra Consulting was the most economical of the three choices we checked out, but I can't imagine any of our alternatives would have got us any better quality for the additional cost. **What problems is Mithra Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to get penetration testing done ASAP to facilitate marketplace listing. Mithra consulting helped us scope the project, surfaced a bunch of vulnerabilities in the first round, verified that we fixed them in the second round, and delivered the VPAT report.
