Mithra consulting helped us scope the project, surfaced a bunch of vulnerabilities in the first round, verified that we fixed them in the second round, and delivered the VPAT report. Bharath and team really know their stuff and are very technically savvy. Every person we worked with at Mithra had deep experience and could explain things in a way that actually made sense to our team. They didn’t just hand us templates; they rolled up their sleeves and worked with us, helping tailor everything to how our company runs. The only small thing was that, at times, some of the document updates or reviews took a bit longer than we’d hoped—probably because they were being extra thorough across multiple frameworks. Mithra knows exactly how to get you from A to Z. They’re especially great if you’re looking for a true partner who’s hands-on and invested in your success. We brought in Mithra Consulting to help us get through a pretty intimidating set of compliance certifications—ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CCPA. It was a lot. Before they came in, we were juggling way too many things on our own. Bharath helped us simplify and organize everything. He and his team gave us a very clear guidance on what to do, helped build out the right policies, and made sure we weren’t just checking boxes—but actually putting the right processes in place. Because of them, we got through the audits faster and with way more confidence. It’s been a huge win for both our product and how we show up to customers who care about security and privacy.
