**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I like that LogMeIn Miradore is easy to navigate and has a very good security system. The user-friendly design across platforms like Windows, iOS, and macOS, along with its robust security features, makes it ideal for businesses seeking to simplify managing diverse mobile devices. I also appreciate that it helps me track my employees and what they're doing on their devices.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I don't like the way that the Apple certificate has to be done. It's very misleading. It could be less of a trial to have to go to Apple, put in for a security certificate, then come to Miradore, and go back and forth. It just doesn't work out well. Additionally, the initial setup wasn't that easy because I couldn't figure out how to completely enroll my devices. I couldn't deploy demands or actions or edit anything on the phone— all I could do was reboot it.

LogMeIn Miradore helps me track my employees and monitor their device activities. It simplifies managing diverse mobile devices with cross-platform compatibility and robust security features.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I appreciate LogMeIn Miradore for its clean and easy-to-navigate web console, which makes managing our iOS devices straightforward. The ability to push Wi-Fi, restrict settings, and enforce passcodes and encryption policies efficiently enhances our device management processes. I love that I can deploy or remove applications in bulk from the Miradore console, saving us a significant amount of time. The seamless integration with Apple Business Manager is a standout feature, ensuring smooth operations within our workflow. I also find LogMeIn Miradore to be a solid, reliable mobile device management platform, which I would confidently recommend to colleagues, as it consistently delivers the necessary tools to meet our organizational needs.

I find the reporting and analytics in LogMeIn Miradore could use a refresh. The current state doesn't meet our expectations for clarity and usability. Application deployment is also problematic due to its laggy nature, making it uncertain when processes have fully completed. Additionally, there's no automatic retry when things fail, which can be frustrating and time-consuming to manage.

I use LogMeIn Miradore to manage iOS devices efficiently, enabling Wi-Fi deployment, setting restrictions, and bulk app management. Its web console is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with Apple Business Manager, saving my team a lot of time.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I love that Miradore is straightforward and easy to use. It allowed me to manage my fleet of 50 iPads for my nonprofit organization much more easily rather than having to touch each one. I really enjoy  some of the features such as location and lost mode that allows me to lock the iPad and display a message to whoever finds it to deliver it back to me.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I wish there would a self service app that I could deploy to all my iPads so that the end user could open it up and select whichever app that they want to use.

**What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miradore is helping me keep my iPada organized and "clean". Before Miradore, my organization was using a regular Apple account to manage each iPad which was not ideal. I no longer have to utilize a Apple ID to download apps to each iPad as I can now utilize VPP in ASM and push apps via Miradore.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

The seamless integration for our end users make this a perfect solution to manage our fleet of tablets.  My Customer Success Manager could be contacted directly and made sure I was headed in the right direction and the customer service response was on point for the questions I had.   We use this on a daily basis.  It is easy to use and after understanding the nature and terminology of the MDM universe, the implementation was virtually pain free.  The features included give us the tools we needed to manage our devices.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

There is a learning curve to MDM software.  It is not a shortcoming of Miradore.  It is simply the nature of the technology.

We needed to secure our endpoint to limit their use to business operations.   The remote management capabilities give us the tools we need to overcome the obstacle of our end users being scattered across the country.

First and best is that you can start for free and use basic features for free. You can use it for maintaining hardware inventory. Any time you want you can upgrade and have more advanced features that will save you lots of time and money: remote updates are the most common and useful.

Interface is quite… too simple, and just not intuitive. But it is good value for money!

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

Ease of use—not complicated at all to setup everything because of its infrastructure diagram feature that shows you every step needed to be done in order to enroll and setup devices.
Also, the map feature offers an intuitive view to see all MDM-enrolled devices and their location from one area.
Their customer support is excellent and fast compared to other MDM providers. Whenever you need to ask for something, response time is very acceptable.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

The price per device is a bit high, although a 20% discount can be obtained if your organization is non-profit. Also, having to create separate profiles for some restrictions, such as a profile for the network settings and another for the wallpaper, can be a little bit frustrating, as you must at the end install all of them and do not forget. Having the facility to install one porofile for all required restrictions would be better and easier.

I think the ease of management, especially of you have a fleet of devices, is very useful in order to reduce time and effort and save cost as well.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

One of the best things about Miradore is the easy adoption process, once the system is setup, adopting new devices is a breeze. The interface is logical and straight forward and offers the extensively granular customizations expected from a modern MDM.

The product also has a free version (up to 50 devices) which can prove very usefull to use for device assignment and tracking for SME or SMA's and securing devices with the option to remote wipe a device include for free.

Support were very helpful in answering queries even on the free version. Integrating new devices was easy from the start with a simple 2 step process and the posibility for users to self-register existing devices on the web portal where needed.

We use Miradore for everyday business when purchasing new device, assigning devices, moving them around from office to office or retiring them.

Overall a great product

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

The interface is functional but visually a bit dated, a minor inconvenience given the reach and usefullness of the product to small and large companies.

**What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miradore allows us to keep track of device assignments and positioning when device location service is enabled. Having over 300 devices in the organization the MDM allows for centralized management. 
Being able to assign devices to users means we can track returned devices more efficiently. Being able to see hardware serial numbers at a glance allows us to efficiently track secure deletion of devices when needed and map deletion to specific devices or hardware (hard drives in this case).

Historically Miradore support has always reacted quickly to any queries we have made.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

What I like most about Miradore is that I have total control over all my companies mobile devices. I know where they are located, when they were last in communication with the Miradore cleint, if they are in complaince with the business policies of NAEVA Geophysics, if the operating system is up to date. Literally anything I want to do to the devices is within my reach from here, at my desktop at the office, no matter where the devices are. I never have to see or touch the actual devices to have complete and utter control of the devices. Miradore is so easy to use, so user friendly.

There is nothing that I dislike about Miradore. Miradore is my dream come true for managing the mobile devices.

**What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miradore solved my mobile device tracking, updating of mobile devices, and deploying new files and applications remotely. I no longer have to have the devices in my hand to update and manage them. That is extremely important.

What I like most about MIradore is the completeness of the service, the ability to automate functions or profiles, and manage the different devices for company use.

What I like least about Miradore is not having a more complete mapping system like real-time tracking; however, it is not bad.

one disadvantage is that for the android version, corporate accounts are not supported, but I hope for a future update.

Once I got support from Paul from Miradore, I was able to provision our devices quickly and efficiently. The process was straightforward and easily managed from a point of view of not needing a tech. I was able to easily implement the software on our 20 devices in less than a day.

There is a level of the software that I would like to understand better but am unable to due to a lack of time.

We are able to provision apps to our devices from a central location easily and roll them out to our classrooms.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

I have looked at a number of different MDM solutions, and for our typical clients Miradore seemed the best solution. It provided an easy way to install applications onto iPads remotely, reset and restart them, and nearly all the features we could ask for. It was very easy to implement and enroll devices, and quite affordable. Customer support was quick and helpful, assisting me to navigate some of the configuration settings. With their excellent iOS support, I will be strongly recommending Miradore to our clients in the future, to save them and possibly myself a lot of headaches.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

My only real complaint about Miradore was that for our typical use case, we would love to be able to schedule a shutdown command at a specific time. This is not a game breaker, as the interface does allow us to manually turn off an iPad remotely, so I imagine a scheduled shutdown should be possible. Implement that, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Miradore.

**What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients typically will have a relatively small number of devices to manage, and will occasionally need software updates and remote management. The software updates are the biggest thing, since most of our clients don't want to go through the hassle of setting up an Apple Business account. This makes it quite easy to deploy a signed IPA file remotely.

we tried other MDMs and they were ok  but we needed more than one MDM to do what Miradore can do on its own, plus is more affordable than most MDMs and so easy to set up.

so far we haven't find something negative.

We have users changin their Cellphone PIN number that we assigned for them and when they turn in their phones we cannot re use them because we don't know that information. or they contantly loose their phone with confidential information and we can wipe the phone remotely to protect that information.

I really like that Miradore can manage our Windows and Mac devices all in one place. For the price I could not find another service that was able to manage both. The customer support has alo been really good.

The documentation provided by Miradore is quite good but it does not have the same 3rd party support that JAMF has. I've found that most documentation for specific programs or applications revolves around deploying with JAMF. For the most part this still applies to deploying or managing with Miradore but its going to take a little more work form the admin.

It's great for managing Windows devices - you can push out GPO-like settings with Policy CSP and install patches. It tracks a lot of info on your endpoints as well.  Their support team is helpful and easy to understand which is very rare these days.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

It sliently disables Tamper Protection in Windows Defender.  Once I found out I had hours of work manually editing registry settings in safe mode on each machine to undo the damage.  
Patch installation can't be scheduled outside of work hours, so users get popups during the day asking to reboot and typically choose the "I don't want to reboot" option.  You can batch reboot devices to address this issue though.

Patch management and policy enforcement.  It keeps software up to date, addressing vulnerabilities, and lets you control settings on your entire fleet in a GPO-like way (turn on BitLocker, turn off OneDrive, etc.)

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?**

After a long search, we came across Miradore. With this system, you can not only inventory mobile devices but also monitor them. In particular, you can easily see which device needs updates and quickly and easily approve them for installation without having to request the device from the employee. We also find the ability to locate devices very good. It can always happen that a device gets lost or left somewhere. With Miradore, you can determine the location of the device and lock it remotely. This way, the data is well protected. Miradore offers many more possibilities that we can't even list all here. :)

And if you ever have problems, the support helps quickly and easily.

In our current issue, Mr. Handler from Miradore helped us quickly and completely unbureaucratically. Mr. Handler quickly identified our problem and assisted us with some tips and tricks... and did so until everything worked as it should again. Many companies could learn a lot from this.

We feel very well taken care of with Miradore.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

The management of the policies is sometimes somewhat "confusing". If you make a mistake here, it can very quickly happen that you "lock" yourself out of the devices. Unfortunately, the system and the instructions are all in English. Good English skills are therefore a prerequisite.

For us, it had always been a problem that the field staff installed a lot of apps on the devices that we actually did not want.
It also happened repeatedly that devices "got lost" somewhere... They simply could not be found anymore.
Furthermore, the employees did not always keep the devices up to date. We always had to recall the devices to the headquarters to install the latest updates and patches.
With Miradore, this is now a thing of the past. And if you ever need to hand over a device, the app can be easily removed from the system... Even remotely...

Miradore is an amazing startingpoint for small buisnesses or small budgets. Within a couple hours a user can have a basic design built out and devices ready to deploy. In the event a user has some automations they wish to implement, Miradore's API will provide many of the basic needs like collecting data as well as pushing configurations. Miradore also has a decent support team, giving detailed responses to your questions. Their team is invested in their users which only adds to that experience. There is alot to learn and if you have the time, Miradore can do a lot for you.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

The more devices in the system, the more difficult it is to do mass updates. Bulk removal of applications is imposible. Due to this, if a user needs to remove an application, they need to enter the device and remove it indevidually, a slow process. Some of the more technical features require a lot of digging and tinkering to get to work and are not as intuitive.

Managing a fast growing fleet of kiosks: Miradore offers a quick way to add them and prepare them. Within hours they are ready to deploy.

I have had a great experience using Miradore. The software has proven both comprehensive and user-friendly. It simplified the management of our mobile devices greatly.

Miradore's intuitive interface, made transitioning to it simple, it's easy to navigate and configure device settings. The program offers a step-by-step setup process with links and examples for initial setup and device enrollment, it allowed us to onboard all our devices into it simply and quickly.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?**

Miradore isn't as feature-rich as some other MDMs are. There are functions we had in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint with all its pain, that don't work with Miradore, such as home screen customization for shared iOS devices.

**What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Microsoft Endpoint (formerly Intune) for Apple iPad MDM. It was painful. Devices weren't connecting to it. Nothing was getting updated. There was a progressive loss of functionality the longer we used it and very little support to help make better use of the software. Miradore was affordable, simple, and generally has been a positive experience. The problems we've run into and have brought to their attention have been assessed quickly to bring us to a resolution, whether good (here's how to fix it), or ill (that's not a feature of Miradore at this time).
