## About MIPRO
Oracle acquired PeopleSoft in 2005. A few of us, who had been at PeopleSoft for almost a decade, saw an opportunity. Create a company dedicated to bringing back outrageous customer service for organizations as passionate about using PeopleSoft as we were. MIPRO was born. Our people’s history translates into a deep understanding of PeopleSoft at its core. We were on the team that developed PeopleSoft’s first implementation methodology, Compass. With that foundation we created MIPRO’s MPower methodology. Known as a thought leader for Fluid, Selective Adoption and Lease Admin with expertise in ERP/Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Asset Lifecycle Management. **What do you like best about MIPRO?**

MIPRO seems to attract very personable and driven people who can relate to the client and their needs.  In addition to a business relationship there were friendships developed along the way.

**What do you dislike about MIPRO?**

I am truly unable to think of any downsides at all when it comes to the experience I had with MIPRO.  As a note, I was not involved in the selection process so I am unable to comment on contractual arrangements but I personnaly did not hear any complaints in that area.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MIPRO took me through the process of implementing PeopleSoft Lease Administration at the company where I work.  Being a Senior Business Analyst in the MIS department, going through this process and working closely with Steven Brenner (the consultant from MIPRO) was very helpful in understanding how the module worked so that I would be prepared to offer support to the end users in the future.  The module addressed the need but MIPRO's professional strengths and attention to detail, as well as Steven's expertise, definitely made this project the best I have been involved with in my 15 years as an analyst.  This resulted in the meeting of a four month implementation timeline with every need addressed along the way and all with Steven working exclusively offsite.

**What do you like best about MIPRO?**

Resources are knowledgable, realiable, friendly, approachable, have real world experiences and a get it done attitude
Management listen, does what is asked and willing steps in when necessary. There was an issue with a resource but was handled with expeditiously with minimal delays.

**What do you dislike about MIPRO?**

MIPRO did not do anything that I disliked.

**Recommendations to others considering MIPRO:**

Great company, great resources, easy to work with, and do a fantastic job. Not sure they are the cheapest group but you get what you pay for.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MIPRO helped with Peoplesoft Time and Labor opportunities. We do not own the Absence Management module of Peoplesoft, we employeed MIPRO to assist with creating a purposeful Webclock for capturing punch in and punch out process with submission and approval of timesheets that are required daily to expedite the payroll process. We were also able to established a way to capture vacation request and approvals well into the future which allowed for more accurate forecasting for field employees to assist in staff coverage during our peak times. This project was completed even with the internal obstacles that we faces in a proficient manner.

**What do you like best about MIPRO?**

Both consultants, Muthu and Chris, were very easy to work with, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their subject area.  Dave Roberts is our main contact and he is always helpful and supportive and always easy to get in contact with.  He follows up to ensure everything is on track and we are hapy with the service we are receiving.  Everyone involved bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and timeframes.

**What do you dislike about MIPRO?**

There was nothing I disliked about Mipro.

**Recommendations to others considering MIPRO:**

We intend to continue using MIPRO whenever our budget allows for third party support.  We have already passed on our contact information for Mipro to our Supply Chain department who intend to reach out for assistance with their own project.

I highly recommend and encourage anyone to reach out to MIPRO when looking for outside consultant support on PeopleSoft related projects or issues.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have contracted with MIPRO for 2 separate projects.  Originally we were looking for expertise to help determine if the implementation of Project Costing in PeopleSoft would be valuable for our school district.  We were so happy with our first experience with MIPRO that we contracted with them for a second project only a few months later.  The second project was to help with understanding, technical documentation, user acceptance testing and assist with implementation of journal entry workflow approval.

We know we're getting excellent resources whenever we reach out to MiPro!  The level of experience is key to our success.

There are no downsides to working with MiPro.

If you are looking to implement PeopleSoft products, you can't go wrong with MiPro.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since 2010, MiPro has been a solution partner working with us, B&A, on the PeopleSoft implementation and support project for the U.S. Senate.  MiPro primarily provides highly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced functional analysts in the areas of HR, Benefits Administration, and North American Payroll, but we have also had MiPro resources help us with EPM's Budgeting and Analysis as well as the techical components of EPM.  Additionally, due to our successful history, our companies work together on other PeopleSoft opportunities at the state and local levels.

**What do you like best about MIPRO?**

I have worked with many consultant firms and MIPRO is extremly ethical, not afraid of the tough questions/answers, and thorough in their approach with my team.   It isn't often that I can say I give 100% endorsement.

I truly would say that there is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MIPRO has helped AdventHealth with several of our needs over the past several years.  Their experience with PeopleSoft is top notch and they have helped us with the Maintenance Module, implementation assistance during acquisitions on Supply Chain, and their PUM notes are a definite "go to" for our team.

Nothing really. Our experience with MIPRO has been satisfactory.

Don't think too much. They will recommend and implement the best solutions for your PeopleSoft needs.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MIPRO conducted a fit gap analysis of our PeopleSoft Financials modules, which generated valuable recommendations to implement in the short term aligned with best practices. This will allow us to increase the productivity and satisfaction of our employees. They understand our needs, they act as a true partner.

The quality of the personnel they provide and the responsiveness of their staff.

Availability of preferred personnel can sometimes clash with critical timelines, which causes us to implement alternative solutions.

When you need high quality personnel who can step in and perform with little to no ramp up time, MIPRO will fill that need.

We utilize PeopleSoft for our standard enterprise Maintenance Management module, and MIPRO provides highly qualified candidates to support testing, research, and system improvements.

MIPRO  always worked as a partner with us; consulting the best of the solutions keeping the organizational business outcome as the number one priority while being sensitive of the the scope, timeline and budget. During my tenure at Susan G. Komen, I have worked with MIPRO for several strategic initiatives and every time the experience was wonderful.

The customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach.

Hard to find local resource at Dallas. However, with their strong global network we never experienced any issue with finding the best of  the bests.

I have worked with many consulting company in the ERP space, however MIPRO is unique. They work with partnership and high professionalism keeping themselves accountable for the customer success.

We partnered with them for several of our key PeopleSoft initiatives -  including but not limited to, major functionalities and technology upgrade from v9.0 to v9.2 gaining operational efficiency , Modernization of PeopleSoft platform resulting an award winning customer experiencing.

Our relationship with MiPro is absolutely a partnership with a high level of trust.

**What do you dislike about MIPRO?**

Really no dislikes.  Anytime we had a concern, Mipro would immediately take corrective action.

MiPro will be the best partnership your company will ever have with a Service Provider.

Although we've used MiPro in multiple product areas, their deep knowledge of Maintenance Management has helped us use this product to dramatically change the way we manage maintenance and the related assets.
