MIPRO seems to attract very personable and driven people who can relate to the client and their needs. In addition to a business relationship there were friendships developed along the way.

Resources are knowledgable, realiable, friendly, approachable, have real world experiences and a get it done attitude Management listen, does what is asked and willing steps in when necessary. There was an issue with a resource but was handled with expeditiously with minimal delays.

Both consultants, Muthu and Chris, were very easy to work with, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their subject area. Dave Roberts is our main contact and he is always helpful and supportive and always easy to get in contact with. He follows up to ensure everything is on track and we are hapy with the service we are receiving. Everyone involved bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and timeframes.
