I really enjoy working with Minimal. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and I’ve noticed that they are continuously improving and adding new features that make working with Minimal even more efficient.
What I particularly value is the combination of a strong platform and the personal support from the Minimal team. Communication is fast, direct and genuinely helpful, which makes it easy to keep things moving and quickly implement improvements.
They also provide valuable feedback and insights that help us improve our customer service and processes. Sometimes you’re so focused on your own day-to-day operations that you don’t see certain opportunities or areas for improvement yourself, and Minimal is great at pointing these out.
Overall, I really appreciate how proactive and involved the team is. It feels like they’re not just providing a tool, but are genuinely thinking along with us about how we can improve and scale our customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that can sometimes be challenging is communicating exactly what you want to change in a protocol and having Minimal implement that change precisely. At times, slightly more is adjusted or improved than intended, which can result in parts of the protocol changing that we actually wanted to keep as they were.
I think this is partly related to how the communication with the AI Manager works and the automatic improvements it makes. While these improvements can be helpful, it can sometimes make it a little more difficult to make a very specific or targeted adjustment.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that when a protocol becomes very extensive, it can be difficult to work with the AI Manager directly within the protocol. The chat functionality can become slower or get a bit stuck, which makes it harder to efficiently make changes to larger protocols. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
