Widely used use cases, transformed into Apps and adapted for business applications. **What problems is Mindzie solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me easily solve the analysis of the performance of a process and allows me to easily combine my experience as a business consultant given the ease with which its no-code platform allows me to create analyzes with the initial data. The capacity of GEN IA is very relevant given the impact it has on accelerating the testing of hypotheses and its high range of precision in the recommendation. ### 3. It is, therefore, attractive to first-time users but will be able to sustain your more complex needs over time. Mindzie is often the first firm to launch new capabilities and integrations, which is a testimony of the quality of its Product Management and Development team. I love the fact that they offer an cloud and on-premise model. Their support is impeccable. **What do you dislike about Mindzie?** The only disadvantage I can see is that the procurement process may be longer if Mindzie is not yet a registered vendor in your organization. **What problems is Mindzie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clear visibility on the business issues and good AI integration. ### 4. They have created valuable queries to help you get started. You can extract data to excel quickly and can create different visuals to present the information. I cannot say enough about the support that mindzie provides. They have patiently navigated with us through each challenge that we have presented. I was skeptical at first on the level of benefit we would receive from the tool, but once we started using it, we were hooked. We were able to identify a significant number of process issues to fix. The information we pulled out of mindzie was something we had been trying to track manually for years. We could never get all of the data that we needed and certainly did not have the chance to review it. Pulling the query was quick and pulled right from the line level of PO (which we could not pull out of our ERP ourselves). Within a few days, we had the data, identified some issues, and started to make changes. This was just the start for us. We use the tool regularly to monitor and review new areas for improvement. **What do you dislike about Mindzie?** Learning the terminology was a challenge, but the team did a wonderful job at helping us master it. **What problems is Mindzie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our first priority was to look at why there was a backlog of PO's that could not be processed to completion (invoice/payment stage). Working with mindzie we were able to identify the main department that had the issue and were able to find major sources causing that backlog. As noted above, without mindzie, we were unable to access all the data needed to help us pinpoint the issues. ### 7. It has allowed us to understand our business workflow and drill down into the details of things like early/late payments by vendor or showing how invoice payments have changed over time to ensure we stay aligned with the overall payment strategy. **What do you dislike about Mindzie?** It is a very new product, and I am very interested in seeing all the new features coming from the Mindzie team. But there is nothing in particular I dislike at this time. **What problems is Mindzie solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have leveraged the tool to help streamline our accounts payable process, and are expanding from their into our accounts receivable and manufacturing.
