The customer support is absolutely terrible.

Emails to support basically never receive replies.

Messages sent to their Facebook support also go unanswered.

Only when questions are asked to representatives in public forums do you occasionally get a response.

Mindpal is excellent for all your AI needs - from developing agents for specific use cases to building those agents into workflows to meet even more complicated cases.
