**What do you like best about Minari?**

I like Minari for its simplicity and solid support, and I appreciate its reactivity and the fact that it doesn't have bugs. Minari offers parallel dialing, which wasn't an option with Aircall, and its dashboard is easier to use and more BDR friendly. I also found the initial setup of Minari to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Minari?**

Filtering HubSpot segments to facilitate BDR organization.

**What problems is Minari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minari handles 96% of our meeting bookings, helping us grow to 1M ARR. Its simplicity, solid support, and lack of bugs are strengths. It offers parallel dialing and a more BDR-friendly dashboard than Aircall, though filtering HubSpot segments could improve.
