I like Minari for its simplicity and solid support, and I appreciate its reactivity and the fact that it doesn't have bugs. Minari offers parallel dialing, which wasn't an option with Aircall, and its dashboard is easier to use and more BDR friendly. I also found the initial setup of Minari to be very easy. I love how responsive the team is at Minari and how fluid the user interface is. It's really easy to call people at scale with this platform. The multi-dial feature, custom fields, and caller ID are extremely powerful tools that I frequently use. The initial setup was pretty easy and very intuitive.
